I love White Castle. You can never go wrong with a white castle burger. Burgers are always fresh and hot. Perfect mix of cheese, onion, and pickles.
Mozzarella sticks with a golden crisp outside and hot cheese on the inside. Must have
If you are passing buy you should stop and have a burger or 10... they are small
I used their mobile app. It was easy. Be sure you set the location FIRST. Otherwise, you will have to start over. ????
Very nice people work here! Maleah is the best!
They spend all their time helping drive through before they help anybody in the lobby standing. It took 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches 1 star for the food because I spent my whole break waiting for food
It gets 5 stars for being hot and fresh. Service was slower than normal but the lady was super polite.
Very, very dirty, flies everywhere. Rude manager & staff. Order was wrong, sliders had absolutely no taste. The store is ruining the White Castle name.
I love your coffee but every time I come to get some from here they out of coffee this will be my 2nd time wow white castle has no coffee
UPDATE: ate there tonight. The napkin dispenser was open with just a roll of towels opening it. There was soda-ey syrup all over the counters. The soda machine was out of several products and very dirty.
I will say the employees were very nice and seemed to work hard. However, the cleanliness of this restaurant was horrible. The soda machine had dried on syrup all over the inside and down the front. At only 11 am, I assume that some of this mess is from the night before and lack of proper closing and cleaning procedures. The area with condiments, drink lids, etc was filthy. I was afraid to touch it with my bare hands. The tables were dirty and needed a good cleaning. The women's bathroom was horrible with paper all over the floor. The flusher for the toilet had some kind of crud or "something " on it which was beyond stomach churning.
Managers, please clean this store. I think the Board of Health might not be too happy with you.
