Great tasting sliders freshly made!! Restaurant was clean as well as the bathrooms. Service was top notch. Fries could have been cooked a little better but overall like the free refils on soda and the sliders were delicious ????
My wife and I went there for Valentine’s Day. Now before your jaw drops in confusion, read this out. Every year for the last 6, we have been doing this on Valentine’s Day. Friends of our mentioned it and have been doing ever since. You do have to make reservations for this night, be sure to book early because THEY ALWAYS pack out. They decorate the inside with all kinds of Valentine decor from colorful hanging mobiles to linen table cloths and reserved tables with a name plaque on it. They have an area on the back wall set up for photo ops and have wait service at the tables to take and bring your orders. It’s not your stereotypical dinner out but if you live White Castle, you have to experience it at least once. It is the same menu as always but they print it out on special valentine themed paper to make it easy to order from the table. The staff will even refill your drinks or take a last minute add-on. I gave the food a 4 star rating, after all it is “Fast Food” but the decorations and table service was great. We will book again next year. Thank you White Castle for your Valentine themed event
I ordered this food (Bacon Bundle w Onion Rings) at exactly 2:09AM. They said it would be a 15 minute wait, so I got to driving. I didn’t expect much because it was 2 in the morning and i’m just really hungry. On my drive there were no cars and let’s just say I got there really fast. Got on drive thru cause I was too lazy to walk in there. Waited about 5 minutes because there were people on the drive thru but no biggie. I got the food and let me just say it looked immaculate honestly expect so much worse especially because i’ve heard horrible stories about people not feeling and let me tell you that I devoured my meal on the drive. Without a doubt the food was most definitely made with love and I shall reciprocate the next time I order. Compliments to the chef. I honestly do not care if I do not feel so well tomorrow this is the best meal of my life. I will tell my family once I arrive home. IF YOU WANT AMAZING FOOD AND THE SAME EXPERIENCE YOU MUST ORDER AT EXACTLY 2:09AM
Same as every other white castle I've been to , Great!! Keep up the good work , don't let me down. Oh yea the impossible, BIG PASS on that. Didn't like it. But that won't take a star. Thats my choice
First time trying White Castle after moving to New York.We don't have these in Texas but may be similar versions like Inn and Out.Had the original sliders and shrimp nibblers.Tasted real good.Was made fresh to order and fast.Nice for a easy quick meal.Tried these in Commack on the way back from a weekend errand.Overall a nice fast food chain for their famous sliders!
It's white. Castle ???? can't go wrong with this fast food. This white caste is fast at serving up your favorite little burgers !
The food is good always has been. But i am getting disappointed in the service from drive thru. I asked for a number one large with a coke no pickles no cheese and two extra sliders same way. I get two sliders and two chicken sliders. Like really? He didnt repeat my order or ask if i wanted any sauce. He just basically handed like here take it. I work a 20 minute drive so when i got back i see this…….
Horrible, bizarre experience. I go in at lunchtime, and I am the only customer there. The three women at the counter ignore me and continue yapping in Spanish. When they finally feel like selling me lunch? One woman rudely takes my order, walks away, and calls some guy and tells him "take his money". No "please" or "thank you" or "have a nice day". Mind you I AM THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. Now I see why they are empty at lunchtime in the middle of Commack. If the front of the store is run this bad? Imagine how filthy the kitchen is. My first time there and the LAST time.
