Been years since I've had White Castle ???? burgers. They are the same delicious sliders I remember. Fresh soft buns, great tasting burgers.
Dining room can use an update, and a cleaning, but not too bad.
Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Parking upfront, which we didn't realize till after we were leaving. Parked on the side and just walked.
Go to THIS White Castle folks! I drive further to avoid my local store because this one is so so so much faster. Order ahead online and usually ready or just a small wait (my local store I waited 30 minutes once!). Food is great if you like White Castle. No complaints and hey if there’s a small wait there’s a 7-11 right next door if you need drinks for your takeaway order.
Let me say first that I LOVE White Castle burgers and have eaten them my whole life. Last night 10/30/24, I went through the drive-thru and waited forever. I finally got my food and drove home. Sat down to eat and there were long dark hairs in my burgers. Needless to say, I was instantly grossed out and ended up sick at the thought. After the incident, I clearly remember seeing no one wearing any hat or hair nets....so disgusting and unsanitary. I will never go to the John R/Big Beaver store again. Get it together and have some pride in your work place.????
I mobile ordered a combo & some chicken nuggets & had to wait 20 minutes for someone to just hand me my food because i had already paid for it. Unfortunatly it was cold by then. The lobby is freezing idk what they have the air conditioner set on but it must be refridgerator because i was literally standing there shivering. The lobby is also disgusting i didnt even feel comfortable enough to sit down & wait for the cashier. The drink machine looks like it's never been wiped down the tables are all dirty, the foor had food and sticky residue all over it. There were 2 employees in the entire restuarant not a manager in sight & nobody offered us anything for having to wait so long. The cashier would take care of everyone in the drive through first before even acknowledging the people in the lobby. My food was cold & not very good at all. I was missing chicken nuggets & half the drinks i tried to get from the drink machine were out. There was no point in trying to ask for them to change the syrups because they were so busy the cashier literally said to me "sorry about the wait theres only 2 of us today". I think the managers & owner of this location should be ashamed they let those 2 workers just be in this restuarant by themselves trying to run it. I wish i could give 0 stars for this experience & i have lost all respect for the owner of this location that he would let those workers be alone trying to run a whole restuarant.
This is the first time I see an actual White Castle that was not in the freezer at the grocery store, SO I HAD TO GO! Husbands first time also, these burgers are oh so yummy!! Staff was friendly but super busy preparing orders!’

It was fine nothing great but also incredibly cheap
Menu selections were good with different size entrees and combo meals to choose from. Sliders (or burgers) were what you've come to expect, that is, a good value and tasty. Service was OK and facility was clean. Easy access location.
First experience here was amazing. Just bc omg white castle.
Staff were extremely efficient and friendly.
Food was fresh and good for what it was. Just not my flavor.
Very accessible. And a safe place.
