Haven't been to this locations in a long time. They had a computer generated voice to take your order. Worked pretty well. Kept asking if you wanted anything else even after giving the words to end the order. The service was good. The burgers were a little dry and unseasoned. Extra pickles and onions were asked for but not really given. I miss the old days of white castle. The taste is not there.????
As a 2 spirit queer person of color from Paducah KY, I was greeted with respect and love a correct order and smile from like my own godmother Mrs.Becky and coworkers lead me to have the best experience of a white castle that was not visited in bill and teds adventure. One clean open and ready for the night. Thank you all for the real experience.
It’s White Castle what can I say. Did not seem like a good location. Kids just hanging out on scooters loitering around. The food was good. We don’t get it fresh often being in Texas.
I have NEVER been so DISRESPECTED and HUMILIATED in my life! This was done by the male manager who works the morning shift. I was at the Pop machine in the dining area eating inside. I went to the Pop Machine which is self serve and was accused of getting a pop refill and not paying for the Pop. I have NEVER been so Embarrassed and upset in my 46 years on this planet! I was getting a water refill because I can't drink pop! I took my lid off of my water drink and had to show him. I did this because I was just completely confused and embarrassed because I would NEVER steal or not pay for my food or drink. I have given a lot of thought before writing this but I feel I do need to make other's aware of this type of treatment after spending my morning being accused of being such a person. Was Most Definitely raised different than this and have worked my entire life. Never been a thief and actually have a disorder called Ulcerated Colitis in which Keeps me from being able to drink Pop. My wife was having a Coffee and a cheese stick. After this I definitely decided to leave and decided this needed to be looked into and addressed. I have Never gave a bad one star rating to anyone else ever I don't think? But this White Castle in Newport KY was one of the worst experiences I have had in my life. For this if I could give a no star rating that's what I would give. One star rating and will NEVER go to that White Castle ever again.
we ordered online, it says our ordered was canceled after over an hour of waiting. so i called and a worker said it was picked up. a door dasher arrived with NO ORDER and I called back. they could not tell me who picked up the order but that they remember handing out the order and hung up on me. they stole my money. it’s insane, shut this place down. a disgrace to white castle and door dash.
On 10/5/24 went thur drive though ordered 10 cheese sliders $7.99. Took 20 minutes for 2 cars to get though and I received my order, 4 of the 10 cheese burgers had nothing but the meat on it and the bottom bun was soggy falling apart! And looking though the window that's before the window you pay at was cheese laying on a dirty counter top with other trash. This is my first disappointment I've had at white castle at this location. And I've been going here for 50 plus years!
My favorite late night early morning coffee but those throw back 1921 original sliders or you call White Castles are great keeps me coming back besides service and fast food
Great location. Food is always hot and fresh. I always drive through so I can't speak for the restaurant inside.
