It was a late hour I think everybody was tired people working and the people getting themselves a late night snack quality is always good at White Castle good people you can't take nothing away from anybody that does a graveyard shift that's long grueling and at times and monotonous. That's in my hat to the people at work there that despite the attitude and the times the vocabulary they just kept doing what they supposed to do smiling and giving up good vibrations to all those that came by The gentleman that drive through he was especially likeable. Covington White Castle is a good place to eat me good people and enjoy the quiet days and the restless nights.
Food was great, well put together. But behind the line was quite disheveled, lobby was dirty and untended, bathrooms not maintained. Place appeared to have minimal staff, and could easily overhear bickering, though the younger staff that came to clock in seemed anxious to get to work. Person on the register was either new or needs some serious training.
The food and service was great!
But the soda machine is leaking with a huge puddle of water under and beside it. The tables needed a good wipe down, but they were under staffed with one lady working inside register and drive through with two other gentleman. The one guy did help her ring up my mom though.
We came through the drive-thru, ordered the two sets of 3.99 Chicken rings and 4 sliders and a sweet tea. Our order came to 19.73, we thought that was a bit high. Got to the window and heard the attendant yelling to the car in front of us he gave out the wrong order but we had already pulled up. The truck did pull back around and was given the correct order. The attendant told us our amount and my friend handed him a 20.00 and gave us back our change. He handed us our order and it was two six packs of chicken rings and the sliders, no tea or nothing. We told him our order was incorrect and they forgot the tea. We also mentioned to the manager our order should've been around 15.00. He refunded us the 4 dollars and gave us the correct food and the sweet tea. The new employee should of been trained a bit better, the manager didn't apologize but wasn't rude or anything. The food was hot and chicken rings was good. No sauce was offered but had some at home. The whole transaction went a little long but was settled. We left satisfied but goes to show that there are plenty of jobs out there but people just doesn't want to work. Overall experience was a 5 out of 10. The order was never repeated once and the drink was not even on the receipt. People need to be trained better, and repeated back! I will return because I like White Castle occasionally.
Made a mobile order and came into the drive thru. Waited 5 min before anyone said anything to us, even though not a single customer was here. Girl helping us said they couldn't take card but they couldn't break my only bill, which was a hundred, which I know isn't their fault. However, she was incredibly rude. Food was fine, but not worth this experience.
I ordered an impossible meal, and they forgot the drink. And they served me raw meat. Y’all must really want to make people sick and someone to sue you. Is that what it would take to stop this from happening?
While the staff was nice. A look around the floor behind the counter or around the cooking areas says all you need to know. This place needs a deep clean and update on food handling. Take your $$$ elsewhere.
The hamburgers were dry. The rolls were stale not soft and they didn't have a pickle on it
