Best WLM Reviews
I don't normally review fast food places, but this white castle is probably the best one i've been to. It was clean to include the bathroom, friendly, and the food came out pretty quick and fresh. When most places seem to be failing any kind of standard for fast food, this place ain't bad.
I think I should have went thru the drivethru. A couple ordered before me finished their meal before I got mine. I specifically ordered with mustard and zinger sauce for onion rings. The 3 ladies piddled around and then hurried and fixed it but not correctly. The fellow frying did a good job. Onion rings were speedy but then set and waited until rest of order was done. Soggy by then. I did not have any extra time to bring it to their attention there.
This White Castle's sliders and onion rings were hot and fresh! I had a large unsweet tea which I had never had from White Castle before! It tasted great! No complaints whatsoever!! The girl working the window was very friendly too! I always appreciate that because you don't always get that with drive thrus.
Did Harold & Kumar ever make it? If they didn't then they were the lucky ones!
My first, and only visit to a White Castle. I don't recommend it. The food, if you can call it that, is nearly flavorless, and doesn't look edible. The pickle was the best part.
Double sided experience good and not so good. The best part was the mini and cheese bites were amazing. The sliders were cold and fries were cold. Maybe next time eating in would be better
Drive thru was great, manager was fantastic and food was correct and delicious. Also she recommended the app and it made my day that much better. What great customer service, knowledge and food. I like this place
Great place with kind staff. You know what a White Castle is and if you don't, just go get it!
Someone please explain to me why they are allowed to keep the drive threw hand out door open ? There is not fan or anything on it to keep the bugs out, so literally there are flys and who knows what in there all over everything. That's absolutely disgusting!!! Close that door !!! And the lady with her head shaved is extremely RUDE!!!! ILL BE CALLING CORPORATE AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!
