D was very professional. D made sure I got the correct order
I was very impressed with all of the workers. I was treated kindly and they were very careful to make me feel like they were appreciative that I came there. Food was fresh, hot, and awesome! Thank you White Castle at Paddock Ave in Cincinnati OH!
The BIGGEST joke of a store ever. Period. Just waited a hour for 20 sliders. got the biggest attitude from the trap nat at the front window. Just all around HORRIABLE place. I wouldn't eat there again if my life dependent on it.
Avoid this one at all costs. Milkshake machine was broken, they were out of onions and the staff moved at a turtles pace. We waited 35 minutes for our food. Definitly not commig back here again.
2 cheese burgers and a small fry took 20 minutes. it's like they forgot they had a drive thru.
UPDATE: they also gave me the wrong food. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and was given 2 fish sandwiches. this location is a joke and everyone working in here should feel stupidly ashamed of themselves.
The best white castle experience I've ever had. Not even kidding. Clean environment and amazing quality and the cheesecake!!!!!
The wait can be so long you have to head to the gas station after sometimes lol but other then that everything’s good
This has nothing to do with the employees, but everything to do with the ownership. Welcome to Cincinnati Ohio. Welcome to Ohio. It's unreal that I need something to eat. Got off the highway especially did a U-turn to make it to the spot to find out I can't fit through the drive-through and they won't serve me, wake up America, keep drinking the Kool-Aid while you're wearing your masks
