I didn't mind the long wait as I caught the crave and went to satisfy it.
After my long 3 hour friday drive I finally got to open and distribute my order with my daughters.
The utter disappointment of I'm going to just go to bed hungry. My soggy burgers and 2 orders of cheese fries with literally a fingernails worth of cheese. If you were out just tell your customers only reason I even chose white castle the cheese fries. Off to the trash thanx for ruining my long awaited meal. And for the record they were polite but I do not appreciate deception. It's a treat to spend 40 bucks on fast food to just trash half of it. Now I know .
I tried the 1921 slider meal, which was OK in terms of the slider itself. The fries were good too. The only thing I didn't like was the milkshake, which was essentially just soft serve. It was so thick that I had to just use the straw as a spoon. Other places make it more like a liquid so it's easy to drink.
We came to White Castle to try the Double Cheese Sliders and the Chicken Breast Slider Combo. The Double Cheese Sliders was nice and hot, but the flavor was basic, the French Fries was hot and tasteless. The Chicken Breast with cheese was plain with no flavor. Great flavoring drinks. I appreciate the staff customer service, they were welcoming, friendly, patient and helpful with our orders. This location was clean and offers plenty of parking.
Belly bombs at there finest. Location was redone a couple of years ago and they have kept up with it. Drive up staff was great. Advised me about making some changes with the order to save me a couple bucks. Took the left overs to work and ate them cold the next day, Almost as good as when fresh
Wow, what happen to White Castle? I love their new concept with the open kitchen being so clean and everything looks attractive. The steam buns are great!!
Food tasted terrible. I bought a castle burger with cheese, fish sandwich and chicken they were all cooked in a nasty tasting grease. The only thing good was the fries. Do better!!
Quality of the food keeps getting worse every year.
Soon the mozzarella sticks size will be half an inch. The new fish slider is awful..more bread less fish and more expensive.
It's White Castle. It's a chain. The one near me was renovated in the last couple of years. Great for when you just want to get something small and quick.
