I was today years old when I had White Castle for the 1st time! (Don't judge me!) The staff was great! Very friendly, AND they got my order RIGHT! The chocolate shake was thikk AF! Good stuff for a hot day in Vegas!
The staff is SOOOOO RUDE. They honestly must hate their job....I only gave 2 stars because the food was pretty good. Fries could've used a lil more salt, it seemed like they had no salt. Ice machine could NOT keep up with customers ans it wasnt even too busy. The staff was so amgry when anyone asked for some ice from the kitchen machine. Food was good service was absolutely terrible and they were super rude. They called my number, i IMMEDIATELY went up and the guy walked away, i stood patiently for 2 mins before saying excuse me and telling them my number. They were rude when i did that(of course). Judging by recent reviews staffing needs major improvement. These people have zero customer service skills. There was a young male working register he wasn't too bad. He wasn't rude like the rest of the staff but he sure didn't seem happy either. Huge bummer for my first time going there. I went from excited to leaving uncomfortable and feeling like I was an inconvenience to them. :(
Okay slider burger. Burger meat is really thin. Bun is okay. Get the one with burger cheese. The fish sandwich was better than the burger.
We also ordered the shrimp. The shrimp was really good. The restaurant is inside a large Terrible gas station. Unique decor. Clean reason. Large parking lit.
Horrible experience at this White Castle location! Lazy, slow and incompetent staff working on a Saturday afternoon when there were tons of customers.
When waiting at the cash register to order, the lady making sliders directs customers to use self service register to order. After waiting a very long time to get our order of sliders, fries and shakes, a young man, who mumbled and was difficult to understand called our number and when we went up to pick up order, he told us that they were out of shakes and handed me 2 cups for soda instead. No apology, offer for a refund or anything.
Both soda machines were out of several Coke options as well as ice. I went back up to the counter to ask for ice and ketchup and after standing there for 5 minutes and being ignored by staff keeping walking past me, I finally got someone's attention and told him about the soda machines being out of ice. Instead of offering to get me ice from behind the counter or offering to fix the machine, he walked away.
After eating our meal, I decided to go talk to someone about being charged for the shakes and not getting them. I again waited at the cash register for someone to help me and finally was given a refund for the shakes.
I was there for a total of almost 1 1/2 hours just getting fast food sliders and fries. Absolutely ridiculous! During this time, the soda machine was never tended to, tables were dirty and had trash on them and I never saw anyone, except a customer, wiping down tables.
SLOW!!!

Probably not worth your wait if you're in a hurry. Most people coming in here are.

Time online says open 7am until 6pm on Tuesday. I walk up at 11:45am, which is typical lunch rush anywhere, and this white castle has a sign that says "Closed and will return by 12:15pm." Have you ever seen that before at a major travel plaza? Smh I'm a truck driver too, so this really inconvenienced me. We don't just stop for nothing. We trip plan to the T when and where we stop to make sure we can deliver safe and legal on time. All this did was piss me off and waste my time, and now I have to drive to Los Angeles and deal with THAT traffic on an empty stomach. Thanks white castle. You suck!! Never again. DO NOT STOP HERE!
To the employee who said “GIVE US DAMN MINUTE” during today’s 1:40 PM shift: you need to reflect on your approach to customer service. Making a customer wait that long without any explanation for a Coke we already paid for, then raising your voice at us when we simply asked for clarification, especially with no other customers present?? Are you serious? its no wonder you guys have no customers. I hope management addresses this and ensures you proper training. Hope it was worth it!
Also I see everyone else agrees this guy needs a different job LOL
What do I want from my White Castle? 1) Fast 2) Clean 3) Yummy. This spot on the way back from LV to LA hits all three. It’s not complicated. Loved my sliders.
