Hey I love White Castle but y’all have to do better with management cause he always late in the door to lobby never open and the food he made was nasty have been seating they since early a.m
This store needs to hire better staff.
Some are very good some really suck.
Today's experience at 1205 pm and after a weird experience at the drive there: pulled off. The staff taking my order clearly was not able to do the simple job of taking an order.
I come from fast food service industry of more than 7 years/many years ago....
I finally got to go with my Mom, I moved away, and back..cravings Loved the meal deal 4, with fries ???? and a drink.????
Like $ 7.99 or $ 1.11 with cheese. I want a crave case for home lol. Great for a movie or party night. Sliders. ????
I thought I would share my late night White Castle experience...The gentleman with the long beautiful hair who was at the window tonight 7/16/24 @ 11pm, had amazing customer service skills. He was extremely professional and very polite. It's always a blessing to come in contact with people who care about their customers!!! My food was fresh and everything was hot... I thank the night team for their exceptional service ???? I rate them a 10 out of 10 ????????????. Keep up the amazing work, your outstanding service will pay off!!!

I’ve never had White Castle that was this bad. I had to go inside and it was absolutely disgusting. Everything was dirty, from the looks of it nothing has been cleaned in a while. I get my food and the fries were cold and hard, the fish nibblers were overcooked and dried out. I informed the man with long hair of this and with the worst attitude he took them back and what looks like he just recooked the ones he gave me. He was yelling and cussing at the fryer when it started beeping. No one takes pride in their environment or the quality of their food. I work too hard for my money and will never waste it going there again. Corporate do yall check on your establishment or the owner because this place needs a entire rehaul
I’d bet my next paycheck they haven’t changed the fryer oil in a month or more. I ate from here hours ago and the rancid taste won’t leave my mouth. It was my first White Castle experience and also my last
Food was hot and delicious, prepared to order. I am grateful they are open late. I was trying to find food options after Metallica concert and grateful they were open late near my hotel. White Castle you rock!!
Pathetic excuse for fast food. I grew up eating at this location in the 70s, 80s , and 90s. I transplanted to kansas and come up to see family. This place is a sorry excuse, just got my old ass burgers, buns hard and crusty, no pickles. Last couple visits were the same. Will never be back as apparently managerial guidance is missing and workers disgruntle.
