We were driving thru I-95 and we decided to stop for some fast food. This location serves vegan sliders so we decided to give them a try. The flavor was all right for a slider. I guess we could have added different toppings. Overall the service was speedy and the neighborhood was nice.
I stopped here to satisfy my craving as there are no White Castles in NC. I am a lifelong White Castle lover from Chicago.
Ordered 4 Doubles and was immediately disappointed! They put ketchup on my sliders ruining them! To me, that is a desecration ! A huge no no!
You should never put ketchup on a slider unless you are asked to add it!
I came back the next day and they did it again! A huge disappointment! Please stop this unless a customer asks for it.
24 hour location! They cook to order, so everything is hot and fresh - be patient!
I see a lot of 5 star reviews so maybe it’s just me and I went on a bad night. Worst White Castle sliders I’ve ever had. Did not taste anything like White Castle I’ve had in the past and the sprite was completely flat.
Recently, I had breakfast here and found it to be quite satisfactory. The Egg Cheese and Sausage Sandwiches were tasty and hot, and the coffee was surprisingly fresh. The counter person that took my order was bright and cheerful, as well as informative as to my order. The dine in area was remarkable in its spaciousness, and the entire building just had a particular brightness about it. It's a shame I don't have too many opportunities to be in this area, because this is one place I'd like to get to more often.
If you have been to one White Castle, you have been to them all. You either like it or you don't. It is an acquired taste, and it is not for everyone. I like the burgers here.
So we heard on Instagram that White Castle now had Impossible Burgers! As a long time vegetarian, I had not gone to White Castle in years because I didn't think they had anything but meat burgers. I was excited to try them so we went and ordered the 10 pack. Through misunderstandings on the name, we ended up getting Veggie Sliders which are not the same as Impossible Burgers. Good news is White Castle has *two* vegetarian burgers. But the impossible burger is way better. The one young guy behind the counter was super kind and helpful, fantastic customer service (the older woman, not so much). I liked that their support of Autism Speaks is displayed prominently. The restaurant part looked clean and there were many seats open. We will be back when that craving hits.
Bought 10 sliders for $8.99 specials, M fries and M drink. It's white castle, no complains.
