I absolutely love visiting this White Castle whenever I am in the area. It's very clean with great speed of service and value. The employees are very courteous.
White Castle is famous for their sliders, but the secret here is that they make a great breakfast! Unlike the Golden Arches, where everything is precooked and just microwaved, White Castle cooks fresh eggs and bacon and sausage and puts them on fresh slider rolls. Check it out!
I do like a good white castle run every now and again! Staff was a little immature, 2 young cashiers having a little argument. Fast and easy.
I knew it was a reason I haven't been here in over 3 yrs. I wanted a quick snack and stopped here on my way home. I saw the Value Meal Menu and asked if I could get a #1 but Impossible instead. The cashier said, they don't sell the Impossible Meals. White Castle doesn't really cater to Vegetarians or Vegans. This company is garbage, I will only eat here if I'm desperate or starving. Then they didn't have ketchup on the ????, no salt on the????, no condiments and napkins in the bag!
Staff was extremely rude, even though we were the only customers in the entire store it took 10+ minutes for anyone to look in our direction and take our order. Then, another 10-15 for a very small order of food. The entire resturant is covered in filth and is absolutely disgusting. Additionally, the soda machine did not work at all.
For my first time first the customer service was great ! The guy taking orders was patient, helpful and friendly. The food all came out fresh and at a pretty good wait time. I had the original burger sliders with cheese and won’t complain because of you want a thicker patty they offer a 1921 burger that the meat is thicker. I also got a chicken sandwich slider that taste like a good old fashion chicken patty but was good. The fries came out fresh and the cheese sauce on the side was nice and thick like we wanted not watered down. The cheese sauce was giving a nacho cheese after taste but not spicy. Overall good experience I can’t complain. Even the soda was nice and crisp. I would go back. It was not expensive if you ask me. I spent less than $20 on 6 sliders a fry and cheese sauce. Then went back around and was under $10 for another chicken sandwich two fries and a drink.
Now who doesn't love going to White Castle? Had a job in Princeton the last few weeks, And couldn't help but stop here a few times for lunch. As always the food was delicious, made fresh and the service and staff were great. Only complaint I have was the soda machine was 70% out of options the first visit, 80% the second, and 90% the third.
FATHER'S DAY @ WHITE CASTLE!!!
Try eating their milkshakes with a fork... It is fun.
Can I give their SERVICE ten stars?
Usually so very careful about her belongings.... my daughter was visiting from Denver and left her sling pouch/bag with all her travel documents and money and credit cards hanging on the back of the chair there and we didn't realize it until we were fifteen minutes down the road. We called there, with my daughter frantic about her oversight... They'd discovered it, and had it safely waiting for her in the Manager's office by the time she got there. Whew. My daughter was SO relieved, and we were so pleased with the help and integrity of the crew there. Great great bunch of employees that were immediately responsive and concerned when we called them. Thank you again, many times over. They saved my daughter's Father's Day visit from being a tragedy for us.
