Kudos to the late Saturday night crew! The food is always on point! Every time I come on a Saturday super late, I have no complaints. I came in on a Friday evening, and during the week, a few times, the service was slow, and my food wasn't fresh. The fries definitely needed the grease changed, and the burgers were extra soggy! I will continue to frequent this location, but only on Saturdays
How is it that you can't get a simple order right after I tell you to your face. The one slider I got was half cold and half warm and smashed in the box where the bottom bun wasn't even on the sandwhich, salt on the fries, and the cheese sticks still cold. Then have the audacity to sit there making fun of me to my face. Never coming here again.
Wish there was a White Castle in Central Illinois! Tasty and hot! Sliders now have a 3 cheeses to chose from: American, cheddar or jalapeno!
The food was pretty good, I live in Arizona but was able to eat at an official white castle in Illinois. I'm glad they have "something like" chicken, but it would be nice if it was real chicken.
So it's been like FOREVER since I have been to a White Castle. I am talking since the early 70s/80s in Brooklyn New York my hometown. I remember as a young thing going there with my family. Then as a early adult after partying all night at the clubs.
While things have changed some, they still have the classics which should never change. The place was clean, the workers very pleasant as I was reminiscing of days gone by. Ahhh the memories now we made some with the grandkids. On our way to get our kicks on a road trip on Route 66. Chicago to LA.
Never a thrill. Pay all this $$ for sliders and they weren't even fresh. Than, just try to get them replaced after you leave the drive through
Came in from out of town got two White Castle burgers in the onion ring they will fresh hot and delicious
It was my first time in this place. I liked the food, but I didn't like that the tray was uncovered and didn't look clean
