I want to say I'm here visiting from Florida haven't had White Castle over 9 years . What an amazing experience . Clean store and the crew plus manager were amazing . Erica , Jennifer and D ! They all deserve a raise!!
Update I just visited again and the general manager was there . I must say he is just as pleasant as the other manager that
When I pulled up they only had one customer at the window and one that just walked out! Went to the drive thru and waited to speak to someone to place my order instead of using the automated system. After already waiting to speak to someone they asked me to wait. While waiting, someone pulled up behind me and left because it was a long wait. Waited longer to place my order at the drive thru then I decided to go in and there again I was met with unresponsive staff! The person that took my order came out of the back rubbing their eyes and yawning like he had just woke up from a nap! When I got home with my order I found that the buns were a slimy mush and didn't have the condiments requested. The staff has no sense of urgency or customer service, serves gross food, and I hope the next inspection shuts them down! Plenty of options around this place so avoid if possible ????
Lousy management letting food be served the way I received it pure laziness all need to be fired just wish I was allowed to post pictures disgusting there's no way all pickles were that size and half didn't have a pickle or ketchup and must none had ketchup or mustard picture posted tell me would you by this garbage
Excellent customer service tonight! It's so refreshing to see staff in tune with each other. Giving our order was a breeze the cashier was really nice, welcoming, and the food was freshly made. Restoring my faith in fast food restaurants :)
Terrible people skills. Messed up my order bad. Didn’t get the name of the female I talked to on the phone but used crude language and basically said oh well what are you going to do about it without any resolution skills. Will not be back to this location and whoever is running this shift tonight should be looked at closely.
This place was good before they had the robot take orders that slowed it way down. This was the best White Castle around now it takes 40 minutes to get food.
I thought the service was great, especially for the time of day I was there (*around 4:30am - when Most people don't want to be at work!) The food came out fairly quick, but as I was the only customer there (+ it was pretty slow around that time of the night/morning) it meant they had to make everything fresh when I ordered it; which it was ALL very fresh & very hot! They did forget my cheesecake, but I always check my bag of food upon leaving the drive through at any place! & when I went back 4 it they apologized. They also gave me 4 regular Jalapeno cheeseburgers instead of 2 doubles ????... unless I accidentally ordered the wrong combo number ????????♀️.
But Otherwise, everything was great! I thought the mozzarella cheese steaks were just fantastic ???? & I really appreciated the staff being so friendly and upbeat at that time of the day as well???????? ????????
I'd absolutely ???? go back to that location- even if it wasn't Necessarily, the closest to me.
The food has never been great but this franchise is dropping to an all new low by using AI instead of paying their workers enough to keep them. The quality of food at this location has been hit or miss for years because of the insane employee turnaround; too much mustard, undercooked patties, incorrect orders, you name it. And the employees aren’t the well to do sort; I’ve no doubt every worker needed that money. I’ll just stick to microwaved costco food for late night budget meals, they don’t give me gut issues like white castle does anyway.
