It's been worth the wait. They are so good fresh off the grill.. anytime we are near a White Castle ???? ????. I have to get me some. Where I live They don't have the restaurants so I'll Even by them frozen at times.. Thank you for a delicious burger ???? ????
A necessary stop because I wanted my wife to taste a fresh White Castle slider. All she has ever experienced are the frozen sliders you can buy at the grocery stores. We have no White Castle restaurants here in Lincoln, Nebraska. It would be nice to have at least one restaurant here.
The woman that took our order was very nice, but the chicken rings came out beyond covered in seasoning. Even used a napkin to try to remove seasoning and it didn’t help. Every bite was like sticking a spoonful of seasoning in your mouth. Was like doing the cinnamon challenge all over again.
Terrible service! I ordered food that came up to $30. They gave my dasher and uber order that they received and I called the restaurant to see if I could get a replacement and the manager on duty refused to replace my food! It was their mistake and he refused to fix it. He was very rude and nasty. I received 5 little burgers for $30. I ordered food for my kids and in this economy I don’t have money to waste! I will be reaching out to corporate.
Other than the amazing food, everything is made fresh to order. The employees are great and professional and always greet you with a smile. They also help suggest different promotions that give you more bang for your buck. Definitely our go to place on the weekend!
Met expectations for a fast food place. The 1921 slider was good, having real meat for the burger and added lettuce and tomato. Their regular classic sliders were so greasy the bread was soaked and fell off. Service was slow. Dining room is good though with a festive environment and 2 TVs on the wall.
First time trying White Castle and it was really good. Got 10 hot, fresh singles with cheese for only 7.99 plus an order of hot, fresh onion rings. Will definitely be back.
The food was good, just what you would expect from a WC restaurant. However, they were out of a lot of drinks in the drink machine, trash can overrunning, dirty floors, and tables. Our order was delayed, and had to ask about our order after we noticed groups that came in after us had received their orders.
