Fast service and this castle has a Ai voice driveup window. Cooked fresh and all the workers seem nice and friendly when they come and take your payment.
The "advanced" AI drive thru ordering is a privacy concern. Evidently employees can't handle more than two customers since I was ignored for too long and left. If you get something to eat,some is good, some not so good. The robot tore up my onion rings ????
We were at the Tap Room in Whiting. We wanted something to eat. We had the double jalapeno burgers. They were so good. We each had two. It was a little late to eat more. Favorite burger there. Everything was great.
This is my preferred White Castle in the area. They are prompt and courteous. We normally order a crave case or other larger options. Can't wait til the new one opens!
I went here late night early morning for a craving. I ordered 10 ORIGINAL SLIDERS AND A MED. CHERRY COKE. Obviously the guy did not listen to me he gave me a sack of 10 cheese sliders with a Large Cherry Coke.
I told him it was wrong. He gave me an attitude. I spoke to the manager. He told me "I spoke with my employee and he said you ordered the cheese sliders"
I told him no I did not! I don't need the attitude and poor service. I got my hamburgers remade and gave them back the wrong food.
I did not ask for anything for free. The attitude the young manager and employees have is clear. They don't care about getting it right the first time.
If the app is designed to slow you down, it’s working lol sheesh they’re making the food as I sit here, 15 minutes past the original 15-20 lead time.
The establishment was clean and neat, You are able to see your food as they prepare it. The staff was friendly.
