We went there for Valentine's Day, we got the reservation, did the table service, the whole 9. I went with my friend because we're both single and why not? Also, they'd never ever been to White Castle, and how you live in Louisville and have never been to White Castle is beyond me, but needless to say, now they have, and they loved it! So did I, btw. We started with the shrimp nibblers, which were fantastic, and then got several different sliders and two huge sides of hash browns (spoiler alert, one would have been enough, they're not effing around when they say large.) Everything was great, the service was awesome, and I can't wait to do it again next year. This IS my Valentine's Day jam.
Asked specifically for American cheese, I got cheddar cheese instead. Even on the fish.... disgusting. What is the use of asking what kind of cheese I want if you're going to put whatever you want?!!! When I asked for ketchup for my fries, they said they didn't have any.....Really!!!
Every time I go here, it is not right. I just need to stop going. SMH
This is very neat and clean. The workers are very polite. I'm very courtesy because my husband is allergic to onions is he cleaned the grill to fix his double cheeseburger dislocation is off 7th and Algonquin I recommend this place if you want good burgers
They work they ass off give them their kudos, great job I know it can be alot of pressure but u still give great service and u guys work hard, u can only do so much , thank you for always helping me
Chesse not melted order completely wrong, 2 pieces of cold cheese in one burger. Asked for no onions ended up with extra onions throw the whole meal away.
Awesome employees,food preparation and service but cleanliness is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, ALMOST DISGUSTING every time I visit this location not so much the inside as much as the outside and parking lot! If they would just clean up I'd give them a 4????!!!
Guys work quick. Very polite..but typical spot..a deep clean wouldn't hurt.
Everybody knows that the only thing that can make a hamburger better is to turn it into a 2 inch paper thin square and put an entire onion on top of it. ????
