Giving my drive-thru experience 5 stars. Service was great, relatively fast, and everything was correct on my order which was quite large, even the sauces I asked for. The surrounding area may deter some patrons but I can assure you that this White Castle is great.
I will never understand why this location is so incredibly slow. I pulled in at 8:35 p.m. when there was a single car in front of me and it took me 20 minutes to get a five-piece order of cheese sticks. I have not had quick service at this location in at least 5 years
Sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes. Only 1 car was in front of us. We were sandwiched in, so unable to leave. Once we received our food, the cheese burgers were cold & the cheese wasn’t even melted. Our mozzarella sticks had no marinara and the fish had no cheese & was overcooked & dry.
This Norwood location is sooo bad. One star rating only because you can’t choose less than that.
Was in drive thru for 10 minutes then decided it would be faster to go inside. We were wrong. workers were disorganized. Took 15 minutes to get an order of 10 cheese sliders and onion chips.
I visited the drive-thru at White Castle on October 17, 2024, at 11:26 pm, and the experience was completely unacceptable. The employee taking my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. He rushed me through the order, immediately giving the total after each item as if he was trying to push me out of line. His tone was dismissive and disrespectful, creating a terrible atmosphere from the start. It was clear he either had no interest in serving customers or was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse for this level of customer service. His attitude was so off-putting that I decided to leave without placing my order because I didn’t trust someone that rude with my food. If this is how staff members treat customers, they shouldn't be working in customer service. I expect much better from this location.
Waited inside for thirty minutes. They had one cashier with a bad attitude. There were at least 5 other folks that left because of the lack of service. Not sure how they stay in business. I have never experienced such lousy service at any other White Castle. They need to clean house and get new help.
I always love White Castles. The restaurant was very dirty. I had to wipe off a table just to be able to sit down. Makes me wonder how dirty the kitchen is. Makes me worried about if I want to eat there again. The services was not great, I was not greated with with a friendly face. I was greated with a Wuz you want? After my order we waited 30 min to get our order. I had to go to the counter and ask for it. 5 min later it was finally up.
Location always gives good hot food. No serious complaints. Don't expect to have a long conversation with the window person. With that said if you go to White Castle for that......you have other issues. I came for good food and I usually get it. Hope that helps.
