Employees have a hard time with English, in a sense that they're illiterate. Unfortunately they have a hard time with words like "WITHOUT" and potentially don't understand what "cheese" is. It's sad at this point. If you're looking for a place with employees that may have went higher than middle school to understand your order at the very least, especially at minimum wages, this ain't the place.
This is ridiculous. Smh. I've been in this line for 15 minutes waiting on an Uber eats delivery order. Just open the inside of the store for deliveries! Especially if you know it's taking you 5 to 10 minutes to get through one car. What do you have 2 employees inside? WHY?!?! I feel for the people who ordered this food. I decided to start a review while I wait.. were going on 20 minutes now. I'm just at the speaker and the guy says he'll be with me in a moment. I really am disgusted with how businesses are ran nowadays. Ok after 20+ minutes he says pull to the 2nd window. There are FIVE CARS IN FRONT OF ME! If you're not staffed, just turn your deliveries off man! It's not fair to the customers ordering OR the drivers! What are y'all just trying to get all the sales you can? That often backfires. When all said and done, this delivery will have taken 45 minutes to an hour. FAST food! Smh.. Got in line at 2:20. It is now 2:45 and one car is still in front of me. Yes I will still be sitting here when I push "post". This is a pretty long review to write sitting in a line, and still don't get the food by the end. Your managers will love reading this one!
Update: THE CUSTOMER CANCELLED THE ORDER! I hope y'all can learn from this review. You appear as a staff of complete idiots right now. There is NO EXCUSE for that. Almost 30 minutes to get one order. A delivery.. that you received almost 30 minutes ago. I would've cancelled too. Then dude had the nerve to act surprised. 2:40am and you've got 16 cars wrapped around your drive thru. Bring the order out.. something! That is just plain careless. This person ordered like $50 worth of food! 20 case of sliders, combo meals, desserts, fried sides, you name it. I get it was a lot. 30 minutes though?!?! Do you realize how LONG THAT ACTUALLY IS? To just be sitting in a line burning gas? I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE.. EVER! Check your a.m. crew and hire some people that know what they're doing! I won't ever accept an order from there again-- let alone even attempt to eat there. You just basically made my profitable night not so profitable. Thanks guys!!!

Do you have got to be some of the stupidest workers ever. October 24th 6:00 a.m. ordered a chicken sandwich combo a double jalapeno burger in the 1921 hamburger. The only thing that is right 1921 burger. This place suck
New york $30 12 oz steak dinner. First one half full of gristle and fat and cold and extremely tough texture. Medium well was order. Sides lintel soup and mashed potatoes. Potatoes covered in cream of mushroom soup not stated on website. After attempting to eat called to complain and was going to try something else but guy insisted that it was just overcooked and ge would make new to come in 20 minutes. Picked up second and arrived back to eat and found potatoes I complained about was remade with same cream of mushroom and steak was even more overcooked and even burnt to crisp all around. Very terrible quality of meat and taste terrible and would not recommend and will not be trying this place again
This is a fantastic White Castle, my 10 sack was made fresh, they make it with everything if asked (a lot of White Castles only give condiments on the side) and my order was accurate and tasty. Can’t beat it for coming home from a night out and need something tasty to eat. As far as White Castles go, this one is 4.2/5 ????????????????Flames, would recommend and will continue to come back again and again.
Asked for no pickles on my burger. Their solution was to remake 4 or 5 then pull the pickles off the old burgers and try to slide them in the bag and act like I was crazy for saying just refund my money
Nothing wrong with the atmosphere, just kind of average. The service was good, very professional customer service. However it is extremely slow in the drive thru. Food was okay. While this chain has a unique food menu and is really known for the sliders, taste was pretty average. You will want to eat right away as it can get a little soggy if it sits.
