Waited to be acknowledged while person kept taking drive thru orders. 6 employees, 2 of which stayed busy scraping a small pan. Really?? Food was hot thank goodness, lots of syrups out in drink machine. Tables were dirty.
I pledge my fealty to the White Castle! All the local heathen establishments that claim to provide rapid food fill me with despair and sadness. Sure, they got that super weird porch door instead of a sliding window but don't worry about it. Do not question the porch door. The dudes are cool, the service is quick and the food is as expected every time. Feast upon the bounty of the castle of white!
Also, their breakfast is pretty lit and you can't do better yourself so just whatever
Stopped by for a quick bite. Clean, bright and spacious place. Courteous, friendly customer service by a red haired gentleman. Didn’t get his name(wish we did). He patiently explained the differences between items and made recommendations. The mini burgers were so yummy that we went for second order & even take out! Plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot.
Just went through the drive thru to get something quick for dinner. Was not nearly as busy as I expected it to be on a Friday night. Ours back home has a line all night. Sliders were on point and the sprite was super cold and crisp tasting. Only issue was they forgot the pickles on 10 sliders. No big deal. Service was great. I don’t really care for how soggy the sliders get but that’s just a given without patting each patty.
Please please please do not eat here. These people are not clean, their bathrooms have rat droppings on the floor and in the dining area. I didn’t see in the kitchen but you can definitely tell that their dining room and bathrooms don’t get mopped as it was so bad all over the bathroom floor and in the corners. There is dead insects when you walk through the front door. Disgusting and if you don’t believe me just go in and look for yourself. Calling health board as soon as they open!

So the garlic was just the right amount and so good that I wish I could find it everywhere. Yes, even in the frozen food in the store. I don't live very close to a white castle restaurant, so I'm sad that I will not be able to get more of them.
I went through the drive-thru. The cheeseburgers were good, but the fries weren't great. They tasted like they pulled them from the cooker too soon to get the order out. Stagf was friendly, though.
Nathrooms and tables as well as floors are unclean. The customer service was good but had to get an exchange on 1 of my hamburgers because the bread was so soggy that it couldn't be removed from it's crate. And another customer brought a fog in the dining area. I have no problem with people loving their dogs but a dining place is no place to risk dog hair in your food not to mention that some of us are allergic to dogs. Wish there was a place that restricted animals in resturants to protect the rest of us. If you can't be without your animal long enough to eat then perhaps you should get your order to go. I understand people need support animals but if we get get our order to go we still have the risk of animal hair in our food. Seems like a no brainer to me what should be the rule.
