Terrible service. Had an employee state negative commentary when I asked a question about the menu. My bad, I don't eat white castle too often. Then he spilled my beverage on me. Because he claimed the lid was lose and all of the lids were lose. Really, I ordered two beverages and only had an issue with one.
He also just stared at me when I asked for napkins, like c'mon. You see it spilled on my dress, why stare at me.
Never again.
Girl tonight in blue t-shirt worked the window. There had been a man in the building with a gun less than 10 minutes earlier. Multiple police showed up and yet when I asked if everything was okay from what had happened the girl giggled and closed the window. Either completely unprofessional and girl should be fired or she knew the gunman. NOT OKAY.
The frozen burgers DOES NOT DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE !!!! Coming here and having them made fresh would be your best bet because the bread is so soft and fresh! It’s so delicious directly from the restaurant!!!!! 10/10 I would come again !! I got the cheese sliders and it was soooooo good.
Somehow, I picked bacon instead of a sausage waffle which was my fault, but the waffle was not warm or crispy. My sausage sandwich on toast was not roasted but just bread. My drink was watered down, and I requested no ice to make sure it wasn't watered down. The hash browns were lukewarm and soft. It doesn't seem like they're cooking food long enough or at the right temperature. The hash browns treated bitter and were soggy. I found out I picked the wrong meat for my waffle& just accepted that. I did ask that my sandwich be toasted until brown. I would not recommend this location. I feel like I wasted my money.
The woman at the window was nice, but twice she asked if we wanted cheese and we said no and got it anyway and was charged for it. My husband got diet Dr Pepper instead of regular and the wait was 45 minutes in drive thru. 45 minutes. I had to give one star or it would have been zero stars
White Castle doesn't exist where I am from, so I was super excited to try it for the first time.
Loved the experience. The food was exactly what I expected. Not the best thing I've ever had, but different, and certainly something you'd want to eat late night.
But the server that helped us was SO fun and cute that it made it even better. She was upset that we didn't order the new shake flavor, but then told us that she didn't know why anyone would think to make it a flavor to begin with. Had us laughing a lot.
Is 0 an option?!?! In town visiting from Kansas City and stopped to get my 2 kids burgers from the most famous White Castle. Needless to say my 13 year old walked in to a fight between 5 customers and the entire staff of the restaurant who appeared to be friends. We were cussed at and yelled at to leave as the doors were locked and told we would not be served useless we drove through the drive through. The best part is the drive through wasn’t moving either because the entire staff was arguing with what appeared to be friend.
AVOID at all possibilities.
Took the employee over 20 mins just to take my order and they messed up other customers orders and took over 20 mins to fix and take other customers orders. Definitely not a place to do any business nor will I recommend to anyone
