It's a white castle. Consistent. The counter worker is very friendly and upbeat. They had a challenging customer at the counter while I was eating, the counter worker handled it like a champ. Somehow he could understand the person. Kudos
Hamburgers were fine. Fries cold. Soda machine mostly empty, and soda that was there was flat. A giant puddle in front of the machine. Bathroom filthy, the whole place was. The staff practically through the food at us. We were there on vacation, so White Castle is a destination for us. What a huge disappointment!
Ladies Bathroom. Was, very disgusting to see and try to use. And you have to make sure that when trying to ask to use this bathroom at the specific White castles. You need to make a purchase first and they will give you the code on the bottom of your receipt. For the male or female bathroom. If they were more clean inside of this White Castle. I would consider, giving them a better review & would feel comfortable to come back and order from them again. Other than that. The service was fast. But, the conversations taking place inside the White Castle behind the counter. Was inappropriate talk around customers coming in.
The service was fast, polite, and good. There was a guy screaming for food n money. Didn't care for that. I've had my fair share of white castles. But the one on university was not good. There was.
A layer of onions caked on each burger. I mean, almost as thick as the burger. The seasoning was dumped on. Some had tons while others had none. They didn't put pickles on any of them. Forgot them. I won't go back there. I'll try another one.
White Castle in St. Paul is exactly what you'd expect: simple, no-frills, and focused on one thing—those iconic sliders. You don’t go there for the atmosphere or fancy service; you go because nothing quite hits the spot like their burgers. The crave case is always worth it, especially when you're in the mood for a stack of sliders to share (or keep to yourself!). Sure, the sides and overall experience aren’t anything special, but if you're craving White Castle's unique flavor, you won't be disappointed. Sometimes, it's just about satisfying that burger craving, and they deliver. Also, the restroom code is found on your receipt... for patrons only.
I went through the drive thru yesterday at 11:20 am. It was a long wait. The car in from had been there for five minutes he then pulled off. I pulled up. No one even said anything. About 5 minutes later. I asked were they open. Then a lady yelled very loud and run and said could you be patient. I'm from another store. I just pulled off. Please train your staff on customer service. I'm sure yall lost money yesterday.
Although none of my friends like White Castle I still come here a decent amount and the last 5 times I’ve come, the food was inedible and twice I felt sick after.
Buns were goop rather than bread, couldn’t even pickup the sandwiches because they were not solid form whatsoever, you’d need to eat them with a spoon. Order gotten wrong multiple times (I always know to check my bag before leaving the window or else risk getting someone else’s bag)
To be fair I’ve only come here between 1-3 am after work so I doubt it’s the best showing of quality but if it’s open, it’s fair to review the product.
I got there when i got the notification that the food is ready around 11:49 and i went there because the store is 24 hours so i thought i check and see if the lobby is open or close. The door was open so i went ahead in the lobby and the staff member acted like a bouncer in a night club about to throw without id kid out. That’s how close he got me instead of saying lobby is closed and please go the through. The. I went to drive through waited about 45 to one hour in drive thru and when i got to the window same staff member said there is no such order on my name and asked to look at my phone so i gave him my phone and he started scrolling and calling phone through my mobile without my permission or without asking and after saying that 10 times he doesn’t have my order he game me my order and the food was awful soggy and cold . Gave a plain water instead of the sprite just a shameful experience. Ended up throwing everything in trash like that store
