Drive-thru was a little long but worth the wait for the Fish nuggets and Mozzarella sticks. I was pleasantly surprised with the fish taste. They have so much more than sliders.
My food is never bad here regardless of what I get, and the night time customer service is commendable. I have never had a negative experience at White Castle that I can recall. If my order is somehow incorrect, it is always fixed immediately.
Food took a while to make, it was good but hurt 2/6 of us. Still its white castle i didnt expect gourmet food, its great for what it is. Ill go back if ever in desperate need of 20+ burgers which somehow happens quite often
I ordered online for it to be picked up and when I showed up it wasn’t ready which was fine but I waited about 15 minutes after my pick up time and the lady apologized since they messed up the order so they remade it for me. I was ok with that but when I got home the food was cold (I live 5 minutes away) and the order wasn’t correct and I was missing sauces.
Made me wait no one in line food cold not right and didn't know monzerlla stick felt like they were cooked in the microwave like this is the worst ive had can't even get the oder right I was the only one their just nothing but poor work and stop rushing people when they come through and this mess up there order drinks water down couldn't even finish the meal. Why another reason you should make minimum wage at these places tired of wasting my money. Won't be back to this location ever
Waited in drive thru for 15-20 mins at least. It was late night so wait is expected but there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Sure i could've bailed but when u r craving sliders nothing else will do :)
4/20/24 Service was slow. Went through the drive-thru. Took about 25 to 30 minutes total due to under staffing. The 2 men working were friendly and professional. But they need help! New visit 5/22/24 Fast service with a friendly smile! Food was great! New visit 9/26/24 went through the drive-thru. Friendly fast service. 2 sliders I ordered were missing the pickles and were on the cool side of warm. I will call and most likely get a credit towards my next visit! I will go back!
The cashier had immaculate hands and nails something that’s very seldom seen in any restaurant these days. The cashier was very quick to serve and seemed to be on the move constantly.
All the ones on staff were constantly working and not doing a lot of yelling at each for orders and such. What a nice experience we’ve had today!
Nice Job White Castle for hiring a #1 staff at the Milford Ohio location!!!
