They were fast and speedy and on point order wise. I ordered a crave case yesterday and I'm positive it gave me food poisoning as I'm the one who ate most of it and it was all I had to eat. I'm extremely sick. Sucks because I love white castle but don't get it often.
Love the food. Love the service. Will never be back because of that stupid AI ordering. Just wasted 2 minutes yelling that's it to it for it to freeze. Complete waste of time
Me and my friends stopped here at around 11:30 pm one night, and the staff immediately welcomed us in. They kept asking if we needed any help with finding anything on the menu, but we didn’t. Once we started ordering, we got our food maybe 5-10 minutes after ordering. Everything was clean, and it was a great experience.
Waited at the drive thru while watching car after car pass me up in the other lane so I just pulled to the window to order. The employee was upset saying she can't do everything. She was upset but polite also. They weren't working out the drive thru window but back and forth thru the door.
Yeah, the line can get pretty long sometimes but it’d be like that when it’s good
Food was good! Service was awesome! The guy was so friendly and nice even though we had a coupon and rang it up properly!
My kid ordered a huge case without onions (the horror) after midnight and the crew was fantastic. The food came quickly and everybody was friendly as could be.
My only recommendation is to not be like my son and get regular sliders instead.
I love White Castle, since they not in the State where I live now, I always love getting some when I can!
Clean inside as usual. Staff was ok, just doing their job. They gave coupons this time, some locations do not.
Pretty quick with the order.
Nothing bad I can say about sliders, other than don’t eat too many! lol
I lovr their breakfast sandwiches too..
