The Fern Creek/Cedar Springs location is terrible! The drive thru takes 30-45m when they're open. They've been completely closed 3 times during business hours other times. Even saw a large rat carry off food trash left in the parking lot corner by Bardstown Rd. This place needs serious attention, new management, or close down!
All White Castles used to be top drawer in service and speed of getting your order completed. Fern Creek is still operating at COVID conditions. Went to their store at 7pm,drive thru is backed up and not moving. OK I will just go inside
and order, doors locked !! 7:00 pm.Tear them down and put in a double drive thru and they can be another cheesy drive thru joint and put their heritage to rest. NOT THE ONLY LOCATION . They will say it is short staffed. I say it's their new culture and not being the employer they once were. Stars say three but I rated no stars.

There were only two cars in front of me. 2 o'clock in the afternoon on Friday. IT TOOK 25 minutes to drive away with our order of 13 Sliders, a fry and an onion ring. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. It would have been faster to drive the another location! Will not go here again. Worst service I have had in years.
Waited 30 mins for our food, Witnessed employees not washing hands and gloving up when making food which is a health code violation, Also handled money and touched food. Lobby was messy, not stocked and unclean. Waited 10-15 mins to get correct change back on an order also, after crew told manager. again I work in restaurant business and I understand staffing issues, rude customers, unexpected rushes but the hand washing is pushing it, makes me question if I’ll get sick from eating here. Crew did try to have a positive attitude tho which I appreciate.
I tried the 1921 white castle slider. It wasn't cooked all the way. When we ordered no one answered the drive-thru they don't have many employees working. You could hear employees yelling and cussing at other employees. There was one nice employee. Don't come here it's not only a waste of time but a waste of money. This white castle used to be not bad but it went downhill quickly.
Visited about 7:30 on 5-22-24. Inside closed. Drive thru only. I was only 3 cars from the order station. Each car sat for more than 15 minutes before order would be taken. Would have left, but couldn't get out of line. Took about an hour! When we got to the window I could see at least 5 employees! Not sure if ANY we're working, besides the young lady who took my money. As usual, the food was fine. But that was the slowest service ever. Whoever the manager is, should definitely try to find out what went wrong that evening. I will not be back!
Worst white castle ever. Used to be hot and fresh, now tastes like it’s been under a heat lamp. Fries were terrible, dark and not fresh. This location used to be the best, now they are not even mediocre.
I tried to give this place another shot, and once again, I was let down
Stopped to get my son and I something. We ordered him some chicken rings .. they were not cooked all the way.. order a double cheese burger that was actually right order two chicken sandwiches
Get home, and the boxes were empty. When asked for a recipe, they said once again they were out of paper.. management at this place is basically none. Even one in there looked like they were high as a kite. Will not be returning again. Somtheing serious needs to be done
