We were in town from Ohio and had to stop as we don't have this stuff close to home. I remember White Castle in the Cleveland area when I was young and always stopping with my grandpa. Everyone at this location during this visit was efficient and very friendly. The food was Hot and tasty
I can't wait to come back when we pick our camper back up.
Clam strips were good. Did not finish the Fish Nibblers. White Castle was White Castlin.
I order online to get the promotions they offer, and I know they don't offer toppings as an option in the app, so I write I would like ketchup, mustard, pickles,and onions and if they make them before I get there to say something they NEVER have the requested items. So I don't know if it's the place's fault or the flaw in the app. I would recommend if ordering on the app then doing in the parking lot and going in if you want condiments on your sliders.
Ordered delivery online. All of my bfast sliders were covered in onion, they don’t even come with onion. They completely forgot all of our cheeseburgers, no sauce at all for my son’s nuggets tried telling us they know they made our food right, as I stare at the incorrect food and provided zero resolution because “they’re busy”. Worst fast food establishment in Taylor, and I say this because it’s the THIRD time they’ve completely ruined my families order. THIRD TIMES A CHARM, they’ve lost our business and I reccomend everyone else be wary of ordering from this location.
Ordered food yesterday got five sliders with hash browns ate 3 got really bad food poisoning now never going back don’t eat here. 0 stars (dec 7th 5-6) shift
I went there because I was having that craving you get specifically for the taste of White Castles. And they did not let me down. I placed my order for a sack of ten the way that I specifically like them and was given my order exactly as I had ordered them. This particular White Castle is slightly smaller than most of the ones I have been to in the past but they have never messed up my order here. There is still plenty of inside room. Masks are optional at this time. And there is ample parking for the size of the store. And, of course, there is drive through for those who are in a hurry.

Service was friendly and the usual WC speed (don't go there when you're starving), it was the speaker system you ordered into that didn't work right and I had to keep asking them to repeat because I could not
make out what they were saying. Very annoying, and I'm sure it is for the employees as well.
I didn’t know what was going on. Every time I visit now the wait is super long and the service sucks. Forgetting to to put sauce on my burgers, cold and soggy fries and the wait staff are not too friendly. I ask the young lady what the issue was and she said their under staffed so I guess their tired but you still have to make sure you get the customers orders right. I’m not returning until it’s up and running like it use to. They need to pay more and then maybe people won’t keep quitting!!!
