Clean Americana small burger restaurant. Signature sliders and onion chips. Clean and Modern for white castles in the area. Polite staff.
I will never understand why the orders are not checked before they go out the window. I ordered a meal for my family which consisted of 10 sliders, 20 chicken rings and a sack of fries. Get home and no chicken rings in the bag. I paid $38 bucks for the food. I should have checked it and will never leave a fast food place unless I do in the future. Ridiculous.
On my way home from shopping with the wife and son. They wanted Chick-Fila but on the way there, I saw White Castles and had the crave!!! Pulled off into the parking lot to check the WC App opened and had to update. No biggie. But then it didn't recognize my log-in credentials. After a password reset, all good but noticed none of my past points are present. I JUST HATE ALL THE FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS FOR ZEROING OUT YOUR POINTS IF YOU HAVEN"T BEEN THERE IN AWHILE!!!
Anyways, I couldn't make up my mind and ordered a bunch of stuff. $39.58 to be exact... just for me. lol. Yes, I was hungry. The order taker was courteous and so was the young lady at the window. The food showed up reasonably quick. Fastest time ever, I think.
My opinions of what I ordered and ate...
-> 5 Star's for the Panko Fish Sandwich. added tartar sauce and it was Very Good and will order again but will add cheese, onion, pickle and lettuce if possible to make it 100% GOAT.
-> 1 Star for the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Dry as can be and minced chicken. Flavorless. Even if I added sauce and toppings, it'd be unworthy. Never again.
-> Onion Chips always are good but half were over-fried.
-> French Fries weren't fresh and very soagy. While I am not a fan of crinkle cut, their's are typically better.
-> Mac n Cheese Nibblers were tasty but would have been elevated with a dipping sauce of sorts.
-> Last but not least, the real reason, ordered White Castles... the sliders! Wanted to have some leftovers as everyone knows they are good cold straight from the fridge. Love their jalapeno cheese versions and so I got a Crave Clutch 20 pk.
The price was pretty steep but hey, all fast food is now-a-days! Didn't even drive 1/4 mile and reached in and had a slider. Imagine my surprise when I ate the whole thing and didn't taste a pickle. Thought, ok one was missed. But the next one and then the next one also didn't have any. TURNS OUT, NONE OF THEM (all 20) didn't have pickles. Checked the receipt but "no pickles" as not inadvertently put in when I placed the order. Got home and called the store but went into Voicemail. Will have to followup regarding this because this is just not right! You let me down... a slider without pickle is like not having the onions on there. YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE THEM!!!

We order extra pickles with our sliders every time and every time they do not put them on. We ate in this time and still no extra pickles! Sliders were barely warm but the fries were hot and fresh. The server putting the food on the tray moved at a snails pace!
We've been sitting here in the drive thru for nearly half an hour waiting on an online order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. They said they're understaffed, but there's nobody here. If they were busy I guess nobody would ever get their food? This fast food ain't very fast.
Went to this location for lunch. They were having an issue with their card reader and it was holding things up, but they explained the situation and were still friendly despite everyone's frustrations. Food was hot and tasted as good as at any other white castle, so I'll be returning regularly for work lunches. Keep up the good work guys.
Wow....so disappointed. Waited for 20 minutes to PLACE my order with No one in line in front of me! The manager is completely lacking any idea of what customer service looks like. The drive thru was serviced overwhelmingly well. I guess drive -thu orders are more important.
I order 4 cheeseburgers & breakfast Belgium waffle combo with another Belgium waffle on the side. one of my Belgium waffle had no egg or cheese just sausage & it pissed me off due to the fact I waited at least 25 minutes for my order. Cashier was extremely nice & professional
