Food was as expected, that’s why you go there. It took 30 minutes in the drive thru and there was only 4 cars in front of us. They had the doors locked with “lobby hours” posted but we were within the open lobby times. Only way to get in was other customers opening the door from the inside. Makes the customer not feel welcomed.
In my mind White Castle is awesome. I have memories from childhood of White Castle where it was great.. But then reality comes. Gray flavorless meat on a soggy bun with a couple of sorry pickles and an onion chucked on. Add poor service to that and we're really not doing well. I don't see any reason to ever order from White Castle again.... Although my 7-year-old in herself will probably get tempted to revisit it at some point. Hoping that is better than it is
Either people LOVE IT or HATE IT. Now obviously if your in the latter part if the group then there is no hope for you, you cannot make someone like or visit a place they don't like, therefore you're not gonna get a review from them or worse, you're not gonna get a positive review from them. We went through the drive through that's why atmosphere isn't really revellent to my review. I picked up 2 boxes of 20 each for the house and they had disappeared within 30 minutes of me arriving home! LOVE IT!!!
Well trying to place order in drive thru and the person on the other side was trying to rush me. Every time I would say something she would repeat it and say is that all. Not nice at all. Acted hateful when repeating my order at the window. I just don’t know what ever happened to customer service. This was definitely not good customer service. I am writing this while waiting on my food. I’m sure the food is fine as it always is. Just service like this makes me not want to come to this White Castle. Just WOW!!!
I stopped n for 4 Castles and frys and after receiving the food,I ask for mustard and was told WC had been OUT of mustard for a while and had no idea when they would get mustard back n stock.I don't know about u but I wanted WC mustard on my burgers, and the pickles r getting smaller....
Lady that attended me at the register was nice, the place was super dirty. No clean tables and trash cans where full. Food was cold, don't think I'll be visiting this location again
My daughter and I went for lunch ...good deals in the Shelbyville Indiana store right now we both had cheeseburgers ..10 for like 9 bucks good service ..friendly staff
folks ..if your in the mood for some siders. Hit the Shelbyville store ..they will take good care of u. Keep it up Shelbyville White Castle !!
Would not recommend this place unless you like getting your order wrong 100% of the time.
