Came in staff was super friendly, place was very clean and food was great as usual. Definitely my preferred White Castle to come to.
2 stars....the place is filthy!! Soda machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned, let alone wiped off in lord knows how long...moldy spots on the side at the ice tanks seam, floors and corners filthy... floor was sticky.
The staff seemed about 2/3 speed, but order was correct, fresh, hot and tasted like all other WC's. The staff was friendly and nice. Place just needs someone to step up and scrub this filthy place top to bottom!!!
White castle is good if you like it, the food was fresh and hot when I went through the drive thru, cheese sliders and onion chips are my favorite.
Ordered from here today drive-through, They gave me old onions on my burgers. They Gave me old onions on my burgers. I’m highly upset, It was around 10:15, 10:30 When I ordered. Why would you give me Old rubbery onions like I wasn’t gonna notice. I’m never Spending my money here again
Great sliders in the crave cases for a quick bite specialized tasty menu seems to take a bit longer but worth the wait. Don't forget excellent breakfast sandwiches just like at home.
Cheese curd heaven! See those guys? They make White Castle proud with their amazing curd frying ability. Never have I ever had such fire cheese in my mouth before last night. I am already up and on my way back for more as we speak. Minus one star because they wouldn't hold still for a picture.
I went through the drive-thru it wasn't any good You're better off to buy them in the freezer case at your supermarket and heat them in the microwave!
Kid working the window Sunday afternoon had a great attitude and great customer service. Give him a raise! Edit: went back tuesday night sep 2nd and couldn't get served for the life of me. Night crew needs to step it up.
