Would not come here again. Unless you want to be discriminated and racially profiled. The black girl with red and black braids don’t even know how to do her Job, if you ask about the total she’ll say she don’t know why it costed double because she charged me for double but looked at me stupid for her mistake. Don’t waste your time.
It's white castle, the century old fast food chain with food so questionable that sometimes the cravings happen.
Ordered 5 Double cheeseburgers with extra ketchup, mustard and pickles and a 20 cheese burgers w/ch plus extra ketchup and mustard. I received no extra anything. Also no cheese that I paid for. Why be at a job if you don't like it and or want todo it. Find something else. If I could give it a 0 I would. No I didn't go back to have my order fixed. Been there done that many of times. It should have be right the first time. I was in fast food when I was younger and customer service was a must. I would never recommend this White Castles to no one. I mean no one. I would drive to the city before I get food from this one again. I moved to Westland in 2019 and they haven't done anything right that I've ordered. I'm sure White Castle corporations won't care if they lose one customer. But, I think I'm done with it all together. White Castles fan lover since 1979 until now. One thing I heard is the manager is having friends, employees, people employees know and or family put up a positive reviews about this particular white castles. That is sad that anyone has to stoop that low to make a place look in sound good.
This location on Michigan and Venoy is almost ALWAYS super slow!!! When I went today there was only 1 car ahead of me and I waited at least 30 minutes or more to order, pay and receive my food. When I finally received the food, the fries weren’t hot. I have no idea when they are doing on the inside. It was not crowded in the inside so…. They need to do better. On the positive side, the lady servicing cars at the drive thru today was pleasant and acknowledged and apologized for the wait.
The girl who runs the overnight night shift was fast and professional! She deserves a raise! She runs that joint like the navy haha! It was my first time trying White Castle and I got to recommend this particular White Castle if you are in Michigan!
The lady taking our order inside was very friendly and spoke clearly. Our order was correct and the Christmas music was nice to hear during the holiday season.
Came through today, around one thirty in the morning and got some breakfast sliders in a meal and a few other things. One of my breakfast sliders had a giant egg shell in it shown in the picture. I come here quite often and get this, so this was a big surprise. Everything else we got was fine however.
Why is there plastic in my burger! Never again! I called but there was no answer I just left 11:30pm June 6,2024 unacceptable smh
