Enjoyed the shrimp nibbles with their awesome staff!!! Been going to White Castle all my life and love it. Their burgers, mozzarella sticks, onion chips and fish nibbles are all my favs!!
The cashier was rude. The other employees wasn't bad loud music that I liked it too 30 min to get our food then for got some so had to wait again they could definitely be more professional
I love White Castles, but the type of employees they have aren't that good at the Northgate location. The few good ones they get don't stay.
Fast service good fast food wasn't the best I've ever had in Lancaster but it wasn't the worst either it was right there in the middle tier
Restaurant apparently was having issues, was cash only, very long wait to place order, very long prep time. They did offer me a glass of water
Food is normally good but sometimes late night it’s a bit over cooked or heated. Hard bread
The drive thru line was so long, and they were so slow taking orders we didn't even order
Not their usual quality. The bread was soggy and gummy. There were way too many onions, and the pickles were weird shaped. If I didn't know that it wasn't their normal quality, I would avoid that location.
