Had to grab some sliders on my way home from vacation and had a great experience. Shannon, the guy working the drive-thru was awesome. His greeting delivery and acknowledgement of your order is extraordinary. The connotation in his voice when acknowledging your order, makes you feel like you just made the best decision of your life. Then pull up to the window and makes suggestions to my drink that turned out great and makes the change on the fly.
Shannon gets FIVE stars and my Dbl Cheese sliders hit the spot!
This comment is specific to White Castle corporate. First off, your app completely sucks! It errors out and charged me 3 times the amount of what the meal should have cost. The local staff is great but could not provide assistance to orders on the app. I called customer service and they were useless as it was deemed a franchise location.
Drove through here a few weeks ago (July 2024). Ordered using the AI drive though speaker. It worked fine. The food was great! The sliders were not soggy nor greasy at all. Probably the best quality White Castle sliders I've ever had. The Chicken Rings were great. Over all a great experience.

I am always stopping in after midnight if I'm hangry.
The staff that do overnight are better than half the staff anywhere else working normal hours.
So yeah, they're always so nice. Some people should learn from them.

But their freaking breakfast bacon waffle slider truly SLAPS.
That thing is a fast food chefs kiss.
No one answered the speaker, so I pulled around to the window to place my order. These clam strips seem to be old. They're overcooked, hard, and dry. Perhaps they dropped some old ones in grease to rewarm them. They're terrible ????

I think any & all employees handling food should wear a hairnet & gloves....just my opinion & the dining room smelled like rotten fish ????, glad I got my order to go.
Clean and empty for our early day order. The bathroom was clean. The attendant was nice and patient as I hadn't had it in a long time and didn't remember what came on them. Food was fresh and tasty!
I am a fan of Krystal’s I never really liked White Castle but this one seems to be way better even the bathroom is clean. Most White Castle has the in the hood feeling this one is in a nice area and plenty of shopping close by
