Best WLM Reviews
Food was not fantastic which I was very disappointed seeing as how this was first time I’ve ever had White Castle. Also lady at register needs people skills she kept telling us what we wanted instead of letting us look at menu. Worst fast food experience I’ve had in a long while.
So this was my son's, my husband's, and I's first visit to a white castle. Are burgers or juicy and hot so delicious. Our fries were good and we got the new cheddar rings, those were delicious. The restaurant was mostly clean. The bathroom could have used a little tidying up. But an overall a four on the experience.
Absolutely love this White Castle! I go here almost every-time I have work for lunch. I have never had the wrong order maybe once they forgot something, always nice and friendly here! 10/10 recommend their mozzarella sticks as well they are so good!
I love a Castle slider. White Castle is a great post concert destination for me because I truly love these sliders. This location is roughly half way home for me when attending concerts in Cincinnati. I ordered 3 jalapeño sliders and a medium onion pedal. The gentleman who took my order had repeated my order back to me, yet failed to ring up the onions. I was not charged for, nor did I receive my onions. No harm or foul, but I took a couple stars away when rating the service for this reason. I'll be back.
Will never go back! Ordered 1921 slider meal and both burgers were raw. I drove from out of town, checked that all items were in the bag a d went home, only to take a bite of raw meat. Called the store and was offered two new burgers...I'm sorry but you sold me raw meat, I want my money back! No refund so I called corporate with no response, they could care less about the customer. This is a serious and potentially deadly issue for the wrong person, next step Board of Health.
UPDATE Corporate sent an apology letter with a $10 gift card, while I will not be going back to that store, they did make an attempt to rectify the situation and I am appreciative of that.
Very quality experience. Close to home member doing things such as when me and my brother visit they proceed give us so much extra just for being loyal as a #cravenation member of White Castle. 100 plus years in the making!!!!
This location gives you a hit or miss more than the other White Castle I normally go to. But when I’m in a pinch, I do come here and they can have their nights where it slaps. Then other nights where they are completely questionable in what they made.
Sliders are always hot n fresh. That's the only way to have them. Fries are hot or miss, but overall way better than the other so called fast food restaurants.
