This location is probably the best one I’ve been to around the Chicagoland area. The person working the drive thru window was so kind and wasn’t rude at all. The food was made fresh and hot which is a nice change for fast food restaurants! They are located in a central area near the airport and great for busy people. The chicken rings and mozzarella sticks are definitely my favorite
Always look forward to this place when we have the chance. Not where I’m from in Texas so it was nice to get to visit one here. The staff was super nice and helpful. Our food was prepared quick and in a timely manner. It was all hot and tasted great. My kids ate it up and hopefully we get to stop by again before we go home to Texas. This location rep the Company well.
Don't ever order here with Uber eats you will always and I mean always get a moron garbage driver that will take their sweet ass time driving around instead of going straight to picking it up.
They will seriously go out their way to kill unnecessary time and make the delivery longer than it needs to be dicking around.
I don't know what the hell it is with these people in that area but they are sluggish, slow, inconsiderate and extremely late in doing their delivery.
Every single time without fail I get this experience ordering from Uber eats in that area.
I got nothing bad to say about the restaurant itself.
12//07/24 _11:17pm I ordered a 5pc sloppy Joe combo with 6pcs of chicken rings and paid $10.77 for my food. I got home unrapped my meal and seen they robbed me. My meal was 2 sloop Joe 1 side of fries and 2 pcs sloppy. Get real workers that will not play games with customers that pay your business to stay strong ????..
This was the first time in my life eating anything at a White Castle Diner! We had an Original Slider and a Jalapeño Slider......YUMMY!! The diner was clean and the 2 gals working were exceptionally friendly and helpful!
The bathroom was very clean and there was ample parking.
I tried the breakfast slider. It was unremarkable and skimpy on the bacon. Much as I'm a fan of White Castle's regular or cheese sliders for lunch/dinner, I won't be going there again for breakfast.
I had a huge lunch order and this White Castle happily took my order and filled it with accuracy. They were very kind, too, and gave me good service.
White Castle Cheeseburger was great. Onion rings hot and fresh. Restroom clean. Unfortunately they didn't put the mustard and ketchup I had requested on my cheeseburgers
