Mostly enjoyed visiting White Castle for the first time. Location could have been a little bit cleaner.
Poor customer service. Purchased 20 cheeseburgers. Asked for napkins. Handed me about 4 or 5 napkins. Asked nicely for a few more. Got a pause from the person working drive through then told could not give me anymore napkins. Poor service with an attitude.
The Worst! I’m convinced White Castle only hires the most lazy, uncaring people to work in their stores. The University City and 700 block of N. Kingshighway locations need new employees! Why make customers sit at the speaker for 7 minutes BEFORE each car can place and order. Then you have to sit because they’re doing this between each and every order! Unfreaking believable! Doesn’t make sens to use the app because this the same stupid process! If I had to wait, at least make nice caring employees available! This is why I won’t be surprised when these locations close!
Honestly was surprised with White Castle as they don’t have these many places.
Had a 1921 slider and it was okay. It wasn’t as bad as people say, so that’s good!
But overall it isn’t a place I’ll ever go to again.
I went at 2:30am and they were quick for service !
White castles is not the same, I am so disappointed ????. I ordered the 1921 burger combo with the lettuce and tomatoes and grilled onions, except I didn't get any grilled onions and the meat was so thin that you couldn't taste it with the thick slices of tomatoes and lettuce. My cheese fries were not even warm. The cheese for the burger was on the bun under the tomatoes, couldn't taste that either.
Best white castle I ever ate .during lunch a older lady like myself was cooking taking orders excepting payment an handing out your food .on oct.10 but it melted in your mouth very good food she was putting out .1:09 pm I'd say if you want a great whitecastle go here
Excellent service. We really liked it. The woman who took the order at the checkout is very nice, professional in her field. Cool team. Fast and tasty. Next time I will come to this place.
I haven't had White Castle in many years and I wondered if it was the same taste and YES it was. Just higher prices ...LOL .....I went to the drive thru. Food was hot and fresh and the service was in a timely manor.
