First time I’ve been back to the area in over 2 years and couldn’t wait to get White Castle. The drive through was backed up and moving slow. People were getting out of line, leaving. Finally get to the intercom and nobody comes on. Waited probably 5 minutes, tried to see if they could hear me, blew the horn. It’s 11pm but I decided to go inside. The floor was black and sticky. The tables were all out of place and dirty. Only good thing inside was an older woman who had some coupons and offered me to have whichever ones I wanted. Placed my order and got my cup. Almost all the drinks were not available and the auto napkin dispenser was out of napkins. A door dasher came for an order while I was waiting and ended up leaving without food because they never got around to him about the order. They put bags up on the counter and didn’t announce a number. When I went up to the counter to ask if it was my order I could see why the drive through wasn’t moving, young dude had the headset on and seemed like he was purposely mumbling and talking low. Saying the same intro every seconds and flipping the mic back up. The food wasn’t bad, tastes like White Cattle. But this is probability the worst restaurant I have stepped foot in. No care or pride taken in what was going on. I went against my better judgment when I pulled out the line but I just wanted some burgers from I place I always rocked with. Never again in Florissant. TRASH
Went on Saturday night around 11pm and got just what I expected, a long wait. It took about 45 mins total to order and get my food. They were friendly enough and my food was hot. I didn't realize they had 2 lines open until a car zoomed past me and ordered. When I picked up my food I told the last car in line and she zoomed up past 6 cars too. The cheesy tots are amazing but heavy! You only need like 3-4 pieces if u get anything else.
They definitely don't taste like they use to.I have been eating them since they were 10cents.sometimes they are tasteless and you needsalt and ketchup. Onions are half cooked. Different white castles have different flavors. Some are better.this one was closer. They could use a better cook sometimes
Ordered food at the drive thru about 40 minutes ago. After a long and arduous wait, I paid. Only with the receipt was I told to go drive around and park for my food...
This place has been the worst representation of white castle I've seen. My uncle visited from afar and I made the mistake of telling him about white castle.
No apologies came with the food either. Avoid this location.
Food is OK at best. Lazy workers, crazy how they lock the doors at 3pm and tell people they can't get more than 1 order. Like it's them that put us in this situation. Flights to Colorado last shorter than your wait in the drive thru
I order food online through the app for a union meeting to feed 45+ people. The first time I messed the time up and the manager went over and above to get it prepared and out. The second time it was ready when I arrived. I leave this review more so to inform them that their day shift manager (Saturday's) Is elite and I hope they appreciate his efforts to keep things together no matter what the situation!
Ordered two double cheeseburgers. The first two were hard the meat was hard. I took them back into exchange for fresh burgers. On the second order I ate one of the double cheeseburgers and I started to eat the second burger only to notic4 a terrible smell after the first bite. Needless to say I didn't eat the second burger but I ended up with food poison and that was the only thing I ate that day. I'll never eat there again
Placed an order on the app today for a 3:39pm pick up. Good wasn’t ready until 4:50pm and the hash browns were cold, the bacon was black, they packed everything and sealed the back and my order wasn’t right upon getting home. They gave us the wrong drinks and I was missing two sandwiches as well. I didn’t go back because it took over an hour. All customers were upset and I didn’t want them to do anything to my food
