Worst place I've been ever White Castle or not rude bathroom was disgusting I definitely would not stop there ever hamburgers where old soggy the cheese was dried on the corners that weren't underneath the bun tasted like they dipped it in dishwater threw them in the trashcan
Decent stop! My first time trying White Castle, and while I wasn’t a personal fan, others with me who have had it before from other locations said that it was good! The service here was very slow though, and the cashier was very rude! Would receive better rating if employees were friendly!
Nov 4 got to drive through at 2pm left at 230pm. The longest wait ever, cars were leaving, they said we are sorry for wait but I do not get why it took so long, when I got my food the fries were warm.... Not even hot so yeah bad experience.
The food was not hot, was not fresh and definitely not good! Just terrible! Do not and I repeat do not waste your time and hard earned money at this location in Dolton, Illinois on Sibley blvd. Go to the one in calumet city/River Oaks on 159th st. That one is better. Dang near $20 for 7 double cheeseburger and they weren't even hot enough to melt the cheese. Meat wasn't fresh looking or tasting. I had stopped going to this location before for like years and decided to give it a chance again. Never again!
I was at the White Castle in Dalton on Sibley yesterday Friday, 9 August about 7 o’clock went to the drive-through and nobody responded for five minutes drove around knocked on window. Nobody responded seen a girl that was in there. She ignored me and I asked, are you open because nobody Answered at the drive-through. She said yes and ignored me. I said can you take my order? She said you had to go back around again then she dropped fries and put them back into the fryer. This is very bad service. I think they need a new staff.
In drive thru at the window was asked twice to wait a minute to place in my order after about 15 minutes. I still wasn't able to place an order. I drove off. And no, it was not busy. We need to do better these places want our business but provide shitty service .
If it wasn't for the manager Charles, I would have visited another location. The woman at the window was overwhelmed and rude to me when I wanted to verify that my order would include onions on my burger when she initially thought my order of onion rings meant no onions on my burger. I honked and I heard the white heavy breasted woman say " what is she honking for?" Without checking why I honked. She needs to get educated on what sevice means. Or get out the kitchen if you can't handle the pressure of weekends.
The food tasted like it had been microwaved. That's after waiting 12 minutes just to order. There was only 2 people in front of me. They recently remodeled just to only let the conditions go down. The bathroom was nasty.
