I didn’t have any issues in this White Castle in Staten Island at all. Even the burgers came out hot and not slop all over. Not a bad experience when I went. Store was pretty clean inside too. So not a bad choice I’d say to grab a few burgers.
Not what it used to be.I'm not even from the state, but for a second, just to check it out and I was not amazed. I don't know all the hype is about White Castle. It's a decent burger and place to go to I guess the fact is that it's just small burgers makes it appealing. But for me, I'd rather just go to the side store and get Jojo's and chicken the chicken rings. I got were overcooked. Customer service was great, but just not what I expected. Maybe over the years, the company has changed ownership or something, but this isn't a bad review, it's just a honest one
White castle's severely sucks right now! They're selling burgers that cost almost $2 to have absolutely no meat on them! If you're thinking about having fast food hamburgers or cheeseburgers White Castle is not the go-to place! My last experience not only with their pricing or should I say overpricing for their invisible burgers, I actually took one of the burger patties off the bun held it up to the light and I can actually see through the damn thing! Not to mention the onions that they're steaming The burgers on are so old is the main reason why you have diarrhea for days after you eat White Castle is burgers!
The staff will reciprocate your treatment of them, so please treat them with genuine respect.
The only downside to the experience was when I noticed that all the tables were not clean. In fact, I had to clean my own table and throw away the food crumbs and condiment wrappings left by the previous messy customers. The person responsible for cleaning only showed up about 10 minutes after I received my order. The food was great.
Overall, aside from the cleanliness issue, everything else was a pretty standard White Castle experience.
Literally took me 20 minutes to get through the drive-through when there was only one person in front of me, absolute disaster. Every employee there is just hanging out looking aggravated by The idea of having to do their job. Extremely inefficient and I will no longer be stopping there because 3 White castle burgers are simply not worth a half hour of my time. It’s only appealing if it’s quick, even then it’s iffy.
Something about white castle. I went there after a long night in the emergency room. I had stopped going to this establishment because they were a bit untidy. I went through the drive through so i am uncertain how the conditions if the work station was however, the fries were fresh, crisp abd piping hot. The burgers were as I always remembered and loved. Staff was friendly
I would say that the customer service here is very very bad, except that would imply that there was any customer service at all. Instead, you will have to persuade the people allegedly working there to assist you after several of them walk past you waiting at the counter and if you’re lucky enough, one of them may glance uncomfortably at you for more than 10 seconds at which point you might receive customer service.
Food is good . A little wait to get food ,didnt bother me but people behind us were not happy there is no dine in offered at this time only drive through . Food was good they never forgot any food items like some other places. Good if you're looking for something quick and easy. Get a side of cheese sauce for the fries ???? ????
