Food was hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean. Staff still friendly. Huge improvement! I updated to all 5-stars.
Friendly staff. Fast service. Burgers and fries were hot. However, I was disappointed with my onion rings. I had 3 hot delicious rings on top, the rest were cold and stale.
Every table was dirty. We had to ask for napkins to clean before we ate. Trash on the floors and windowsills.
Will I return? Of course. It’s White Castle!
The food was good, but the sodas were too seltzer tasting. I had tried 4 different ones, but they all tasted the same. White castle used to have the best tasting coke until they followed the sheep and started to use the self-serve.
Stopping here on the way from Seaside is always a ritual for us. Seeing this place always brings me back to my childhood when there used to be one in Pennsauken, NJ that we frequented. The employees were so nice and pleasant, and the food was fresh and hot. We went inside and ordered to go and only waited a few minutes. As always we enjoyed our rare occasion of White Castle burgers on our car ride home.
No matter how much instructions you give them on the mobile order app, they will still manage to get it wrong. Luckily I decided to check my order before leaving. Even after explaining to the drive thru attendant that the order was incorrect, she blamed me and said that it was wrong because of me being that the burgers on the app automatically come with ketchup on them and I have to specify on the app that I don't want any. I pulled up to the window to show her that on the app it is set to none, and she did not try to hear me and closed the sliding window as I tried to show her.
Oh and make sure you check your food a second time because I thought everything was corrected the first time around but unfortunately the joke was on me SMH.
I have been coming to this location for years, it’s always a nice experience. I have never had a problem at this location. I typically get cheese sliders with mozzarella sticks and an orange Hi-C drink. The food is the same as any White Castle! The prices are not bad at all, and they have a Freestyle machine so there are a lot of drink options. Many options for vegetarians as well. The service is pretty good, too, and the inside is nice and clean.
It's White Castle. What else do you need? Lol. I've never been inside, so I can't honestly rate the atmosphere. Great food. Friendly drive-through service.
She was cleaning and would not stop at first to take order. Did not say thank you. Must be a nationality thing. Because the next person was spanish she was very pleasant with them
I've never had sliders that had ketchup on them. They put it on here without asking. It was okay and on a normal burger I would like it with mustard BUT on a White Castle Cheeseburger? Hmmm.....
Also no Onion Petals but rings that were NOT as good as the petals.
