Nice and clean inside with friendly, polite service. Stopped in to get some original sliders to make Thanksgiving stuffing with. Saw they have sloppy joe sliders now, so I tried one, not bad.
Love white castle, especially their chicken sliders. Now that they add the shrimp nibbler, it's my favorite. Friendly employee and good service. Clean atmosphere ????.
This was a five-star place 1 year ago. Now they will not make coffee and said coffee only available in the morning. Bathrooms once very clean, now yellow stained and hard water build up due to not being cleaned. Staff were very into each other and outwardly flirty and sexual toward each other. Of the 3 staff the only one acting appropriately was the one cooking hamburgers on the grill.
This White Castle location had a good size dining area. The restrooms were one stall. The restrooms were clean and sanitary. The drinking station had all the flavors you could desire in a self-service soda station. The cheese sliders and combo meal purchased for our family hit the spot. The fries were fresh and hot. The sliders were delicious!
I recently visited White Castle, and to say the experience was disappointing would be an understatement. Not only did they mess up my order, but I also witnessed them making mistakes with the orders of two other customers. What made matters worse was the attitude the staff had about it. Instead of apologizing and correcting their mistakes promptly, they were rude and dismissive, leaving us all frustrated.I didn’t have high expectations going in, but this visit still managed to fall short. A simple fast-food order shouldn’t be this difficult or unpleasant. If you’re looking for decent service and accuracy, you might want to look elsewhere.
Whomever the young lady was that was working the drive thru 9/5/24 @ 5:55pm was absolutely amazing & I wanted to give her a shout out! She was so nice & friendly, she should be a trainer of customer service! ???? White Castle is the best!
I had never been here until tonight. It was absolutely trash. The fries where cold and tasted like old oil or something. And the sliders were disgusting, the bun was doughy and soggy. My kids refused to eat any of it. And I sat in line for 17 mins only to pull up to employees giving each other attitude about what drinks we ordered.
I haven't been in white castle for years... this location was impressive, tho. They have a listing of all the different sliders you can order. We ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 1921 burgers, and the cheese onion rings. The cheese onion rings were amazing! My 1912 burgers had lettuce and tomatoes and were nice sized sliders.. as were the dbl cheeseburger... and a huge bonus was their pick your own drink machine... we ordered 2 red cream sodas sugarfree!! This was truly a travelers "dream come true" lunch. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly and hard working... I will return!
