Ordered the sliders, was disgusting. Also first time in white castle, visited to check out hype of my favourite movie Harold & Kumar. Very disappointed with the taste of those sliders.
I’m from California, so White Castle is always a treat for me when I’m out here in Minneapolis. I ordered the double cheeseburgers and double cheeseburgers w lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. They were fantastic and made to order. Fries need improvement, but not terrible. Service was friendly and quick.
I always like to get white castle when I am out of town because i no longer live in a state that has one and this has been my worst experience. Several of my items were incorrect and i ordered impossible sliders for a vegetarian family member and the entire patty was missing. i got two buns with a slice of cheese and pickles, nothing else. I don't know how you forget the entire patty in a slider. A couple of other items were incorrect but they weren't a big deal, but who wants to eat a bun with cheese and pickles?? i ordered through uber eats, so i will hopefully be able to get a refund.
Placed an online order and came to pick up. Was told orders do not show up on their end unless customer tells them they placed order and then they will begin order. Was told this has been an issue for some time and that management is aware and it still has not been fixed. In this day of door dash,Uber eats, go puff etc this is 100% unacceptable. While waiting prior to being told about the issue I ordered a drink and stated I had an online order was never asked my name, customers came in after me ordered and got their food I than questioned this and was told about the issue.

I get it’s just a job but like people have to eat here and deal with you to order be more friendly or be a cook. Dinning room was nasty not stocked. Something needs to be done about this. Knowing during lunch rush on a Tuesday there’s a manager and clear it’s ok for them to do this and that’s how they operate. Very disappointing

Sat at the drive through speaker for a few minutes around 7 or 8pm (Google says it's open 24 hours) but no one answered. We could see lights on and people inside goofing off, so we waved someone over at the window. He said they were indeed open but he was on break and he'd get someone. Told us to go to the pickup window since there were now other cars behind us. Another gentleman took our order and got our food. Service was quick once we got someone. Food was average and not up to the hype.
We decided to try White Castle because we don't have these at home. You know what they about fast food. You can only have two: fast, cheap, and delicious. White Castle was cheap and the food was mediocre. No idea how this place is typically ran, but it isn't normal to not accept cash, not give a receipt, and to completely forget the customer's order. The soda machine was out of most of the flavors. The burgers were cold. The mozzarella sticks were good, but it's really hard to screw up those.
Placed an online order and so did my friend. He got his order instantly while mine was nowhere in sight. Waited at the front to ask for an update for over half an hour, despite the workers giving me looks and making eye contact with me and ignoring me. Finally, a worker came over to tell me one of the sliders I ordered was out of stock. Why wait over half an hour to tell me that? Then had to waste more time waiting for my updated order. Ended up at this location just shy of an hour. I understand how much stress and pressure goes into jobs like these, I work in retail myself, but this was just completely unacceptable. Oh, and the sliders didn't taste like they were cooked all the way. Didn't eat the full meal, but I ended up getting sick the next day anyways. Don't waste your time or money here.
