White Castle is where it's at for so good fast food. Like I'd probably put only WHATABURGER ahead of them. White Castles little sliders are so good and tasty. Just writing this review is making my mouth water... dang I wish I had a crave case right now! Mmm
The drive-through was full, but that's fairly typical and usually runs pretty quickly. I had a large order, which caused additional wait time, which I expected. Food was made to order and meets my expectations. The outside of the building could use a pressure washing!
You just have to like them and I hae been eating them literally since I was 5yrs old my dad loved them as The rest of the Family and I still do. As most of my Friends ????
Im in town from Florida to move my ailing mother off her farm to Florida to live with me. We have only one WC in the entire state and it is 3 hours away.
So anytime we are near here, its our first stop. My moms farm is 45 minutes away from this WC but it is her favorite thing to eat ….. my step dad that just passed would bring her here twice a month religiously. It was their big day out.
We visited the Glasgow store 10/16 around 9:30
and I informed the mgr I think he was … younger guy a beard… ( sorry I forgot his name), (Mario tattoo????), that my mom wanted WC one last time before leaving here forever.
He took and individually wrapped my moms sandwichs in a ziploc bag so she can eat them at will, over the next couple of days while we pack her house up, and them no get dried out…???????? It made her so happy shes lived here for 40 years and will miss this area just because of this kind of hospitality…..
I wished every one in the service industry could understand that every customer is a real person, and not just a number. Each customer has a real story and might even have real issues going on any particular day that they enter your store.. and if each one could just feel special for a split second with a kind gesture or one kind word…. it could literally make or change their whole day.
Good food, but they sure could use a cleaning schedule.
I do drive through only. Food was fresh even though it was a little busy. We did get through in what I felt like was a goode amount of time. It tasted like any other white castle that's fresh. Won't mind coming back in a few months when I have a hankering for white castles again.
The French fries looked a week old. The lobby was nasty. The only thing that saved the meal was the burgers was freshly cooked
Food turned out absolutely fantastic l, everything was hot and fresh and the service I got from KACIE on 3rd shift was honestly the highlight of all of it. She is super sweet, she made sure everything was right and she held a friendly conversation with me which I don’t get a lot at fast food places. You all need more people like her❤️ she is the reason I and my fiancé will be back!
