The service is fast and friendly, and I love the variety on the menu, from classic sliders to chicken rings and those amazing crinkle-cut fries. Went in to get a case of originals for my dad because I was passing through and live about 2 hours away. All the locations closed by us. It took awhile to get everything that I ordered but everything was just as I remembered it. My dad thoroughly enjoyed his burgers. Food was perfect but service was lousy.
Kids won't eat onions, ask for no onions, get home and kids see onions before a burger is even pulled out of the box. So I gab a burger I don't mind onions, guess what no pickles. Recipe says no onion not no pickles. Try to call, leave your name and number. Go to the app no where for complaints. Thanks white castle guess I have to go to McDonald's and spend even more money BEACAUSE KIDS DONT EAT OINIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We did not eat inside so it's hard to say that atmosphere. As we just went through the drive-thru the food was good services good. If you've never been their little cheeseburgers if you do not like onions tell them no onions or they will come with onions
Haven't stopped by a White Castle ???? in years! Mostly because the ones near me have all closed. My son wanted some of their "awesome fries" and of course had to nab a slider, and since you can't just have 1, I got 2.
Not sure why it took 6 minutes for the car in from of me to get to order but it was soooo long. When we checked out, the man was wearing a dirty bandana as a mask. He handed me the bag with the 2 sliders, fries and nothing else. I asked for napkins and he politely gave me some. I was just a smidge taken aback because the sliders were dryer than usual.
Don't get me wrong, the buns were soft, the pickle was there...just seemed like the grill grease was less. Overall, it was good. It is White Castle and we will always pop in one every now and then.
I will double check the sizes as I ordered a medium drink and it was a huge drink- like if that is the medium have gone with a kid size because the next size down is still kinda big.
I miss living where there are White Castles ....now I make it a point to stop every month when we are in Columbus. Always fast and courteous, and despite what people may think the food is tasty and cheap!
Whoever was working the drive-thru Saturday evening, 10/5/24, was extremely rude. I had ordered my food and received no response for about 30 seconds. When she returned, she said rudely, “Is that it?” I asked kindly if they happened to have chocolate milk for my kid. She snapped at me, saying “No,” like I was stupid for asking. I drove off. I’m here to give you money for your service, not to be treated like that.
37 Miles is a very long way to travel to get a great “slider” but this White Castle is so exceptional in every way that I probably would drive a longer distance just to experience, not only the food, but the outstanding experience of some great employees who absolutely love to serve their customers, one employee made a lasting impression on me, because he impressed me so much, I actually am convinced that he LOVES working at the White Castle just off I-71 at the Sunbury/Delaware exit. This restaurant has far exceeded my expectations and I will continue to make the trip there weekly to enjoy the food and the hospitality affordability, and yes, they still have the original slider there!
