The food is ok but kinda expensive for processed food that's tiny. Even their sharable meals are expensive for not much considering the actual size of their burgers and sandwiches. The staff are friendly though and don't bother you and they keep the dining room clean.
Never experienced such rude people in my life. My lady told the girl thank you and said I hope you have a beautiful day. The girl behind the counter looked at her with an attitude and turn her nose up and said whatever. We travel a half hour to go there. Next time we feel like sliders I will have to see if st cloud is worth the drive otherwise just get frozen ones. Worst $45 I have ever spent. Next time will stay home and grill our own.
The man working the counter was friendly. Food was hot and fresh. He even took time to clean to the dining area in between customers. If he is not a manager, he should be. Nice and clean operation. ???? I will be back for sure.
This restaurant used to be a great White Castle location But every time im in lately the burger buns are soggy Or it's old food. this time Both my burgers were cold and my onion chips were soggy. I ate my food I the parking lot so it should still be hot at that point. For 15$ you BETTER provide better service!
Ordered food online and paid at the counter. I patiently sat there for 35 minutes while they shouted out everyone else's order. Went up to see where in the world mine was... they made it and just threw it off to the side in the back. Cold nasty, soggy food. And the $5 off online coupon wouldn't work.
Horrible service no one was at the cash register for 10 monute yesterday afternoon. I had to call out to get someone to help me. Then some of the onion chips tasted funny but I originally brushed it off till I was up sick all night amd still sick today, the next morning. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want to get food poisoning
I've only been to White Castle twice and this location was far better than the last. I was very pleased with how clean the restaurant was. The staff was also very nice. Fries could've been a bit fresher but so be it. It was still good.
Gotta have em a couple times a year. And they never disappoint! Love the crinkle fries. Kids like the breakfast sandwich. Classic.
