My son's favorite place to eat each time we come visit Minneapolis. Thank you guys for the free chicken rings. My son's really enjoyed it
Wonderful staff, great sliders. Couldn't ask for better. The staff on 12/15/2024 around 8-8:30pm were hard working and deserve all the raises. Scott, a manager/the manager, was funny and personable. Can't recommend this location enough!
Burgers are good when u want a super greasy burger. Fries are good and we're hot. And the three cheese tots were good. But the service was great. We had a pilot working the drive through and he was a very charismatic character. He was extremely nice. Made for a pleasant I'm late night experience.
Had to do the White Castle experience. It was very quick on the app, and the delivery man was friendly and hit the delivery time. The food hot, the burger tasty, the bacon crispy, and the fish sandwich was still crispy. The onion chips with the yummy sauce was far better than the bigger chains onion rings. Wish we had a White Castle in Grand Forks.
Whitecastle has gone downhill. I'm from California and look forward to coming here. The food just doesn't look as appealing anymore! People are very friendly, that's not it, just the food looks blah.
Some WC are not very clean looking. This place was spotless and an employee was still wiping things down. Employees were super nice and seemed like they were liking their jobs. Food is always good and fast.
First time my family and I been there. Great burgers and food. The restaurant could have been cleaner. But I was extremely happy with everything. My kids were very excited and happy to finally go to a white castle.
If you didn’t visit a White Castle while in the Midwest did you really get the Midwest experience? This location had a friendly staff and our order was made fresh and everything was correct. If you want those workers to stick around take care of them!
