Tonia it’s quite the personality at the window. It’s a good change in pace from the typical fast food joint as most fast food joints have somebody out the window with absolutely ZERO personality and ZERO manners.
The food is always fresh here and of high-quality. I love that this is a place that uses real eggs for breakfast.
Two times in one week I e ordered off app. Said No Pickles No Cheese and guess what? They gave me pickles and cheese!! The chicken sandwiches were cold and hard too. Burger buns were hard and dry. When I called they never answer! Let voicemail 3 times and no return call!
Why allow people to order on the app and schedule a pickup time if the lobby is closed ? Doesn't not being able to go inside to pickup defeat the purpose of ordering ahead? Spent near $50 on food and now have to waste gas sitting in drive thru.
Been having a Great experience with fresh food from the cook, this was from a few days ago. Went this evening and ordered a 10 sack with jalapeno cheese, and the sandwiches came with a pound of Onions, So I called customer service and they was supposed to get right back with me so as I was waiting for my supper. I decided to run the same sandwiches back, and showed the girl All the Onions falling out of the bag. the girl said - would you like me to remake them and she made them the same way with the pound of Onions. Wow! Still haven't had supper and waiting for customer service to contact me. Time on the receipt 7:30. time now 9:22

Food good drive thru service usaly little slow at night.
My order was short 4 of the spicey sloppy joes the last visit, last month they put cheese on burgers i asked them to not. Receipt was correct too, so i know i ordered correctly.
If people dont want to work or work half a$$ed w bad attitudes just let us know and we will cook a food at home. Tired of spending $$$ and being disappointed.
I came in shortly after 4:30 Friday 3/12/2024 I ordered 12 jalapeno, 12 cheese a chip and fry. The burgers were covered, I mean smothered in onions. Just now my DIL came home with more cheese burgers from the Franklin indiana White Castle. Once again the burgers were smother in onions. The onions were so thick they looked liked layers on the buns. This is unexceptable. Nobody wants an onion slider. If you think they do, market it and see how well they sell. I'm so disappointed in the food you serve.....
