This White Castle has the best service out of any fast food place I have ever been to. Every time I go there, the staff are super friendly, patient, and polite. Last time a went the woman at the drive thru was super helpful and patient when I was having phone trouble and even showed me how to fix the problem with the payment. The food is also amazing! The 1921 sliders are the best. The fries are also crispier and better than McDonald’s. 10 out of 10.
The service was horrible. Girl at the front register had an attitude. Their self serve soda machine had no ice and the soda was hot. They got annoyed when we asked for ice and told them that there was no ice in the machine. They need friendlier staff!
I come here a lot and I am basically a regular so I don't even have to order when I come lol. Food is always fresh, have never had a mistake on my orders unlike all the other fast food places. Places clean bathroom is clean. Employees are nice and friendly.
How an employee went above and beyond with my order today. Forgive me if I spell her name wrong, Jocelyn working at the drive-thru was exceptionally sweet with my 4-year-old and went above and beyond to make them happy. All the other employees are great , best white castle around!
It took forever to get our food. We sat in the dining room and waited. I ordered using the app. Guess what, after 30 minutes of waiting our order came out wrong. Don't go. Bad.
It has been forever since I been in an extreme clean White Castle. Fish was Hot and Fresh. Burgers were good as well. What was more Important was the Friendly Staff. Genuine smiles!!!
Well, now I can say that i tried. I wish i can say it was good experience but the buns were over cooked and frankly speaking it wasn't what i expected. The frozen ones that you can find at stores actually taste better. Maybe we got so used to those.
The food is awesome . My kids love the small mini chicken and fish soft buns fillets.
I was visiting from NC. It's always a treat to go to New Jersey and enjoy food from White Castle. The young lady who was working the drive thru was pleasant and accommodating!!
