I sure miss White Castle from Kansas City Missouri. It's been a long time since I walk into a White Castle I would say over 20 years. It's still taste the same but smell the same and it was great visit. Thank you for still being open.
My only negative, drive-thru is slow, so I went inside.. not sure if that made any difference, by the time it was my turn there was nobody in drive-thru.
I have been traveling through Missouri a lot lately and this is a must stop for me. I eat a lot of White Castle out of the freezer section and they have nothing in fresh from the actual location. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the food is always so good I tend to over do it just slightly. I would totally suggest this place to friends and family and will 100% be stopping by again whenever I make my way through Missouri.

This is not safe to eat, I can only imagine how the restaurant looks in the food prep area. Absolutely disgusting!

It has been many years since we had visited WC, and we came away disappointed. While the sliders still tasted good, they were wet and soggy. The fries were half-cooked and greasy. Not sure what was wrong with the Coke dispenser, but it tasted very bitter. The nice young man that took our order could have used a bit more training, but his mistake was corrected by the manager quickly. The restrooms were pretty gross, too.
The restaurant in the dining room and the restrooms were filthy. Sat morning at 11 and there was food and dirty tables clearly from the night before. Staff unconcerned about how dirty the dining room was. Food on floor and of course tables dirty. Restroom disgusting also. Won’t be back. Burgers good but too dirty for us.
The service was amazing the food or should I say the cheese was not melted, and it seem as though the bread was old maybe or I could have been that the packages were left open because they were a little crumbly to be cooked on the grill however, my biggest complaint is the floor… the restaurant was dirty not just ordinary dirty because they had a rush. No I’m talking about the floor was disgusting. Please visit your own establishment. I’m sure it might surprise you.
Quite possibly the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever experienced. Referring to this as "fast" food is a blatant lie and an insult to the concept.
Some of the employees were doing their best but the overall result was sub par. Food was decent though.
