Worst experience I have ever had at a White Castle. I was their only customer. Took them ten minutes to come to drive thru window so take my order. Than another fifteen minutes to give me my warm cheeseburgers with the cheese not even melted. Do not go there.
Definitely a lot better experience at this White Castle people are friendly who was good not soggy definitely need to pick up on the cleaning
Went through the drive-thru. The young lady waiting on us was very polite and efficient. Food was hot and fresh and served out quickly.
Well considering I bought a $20 order early this morning for me and my friend, a restaurant is dirty the people who work here are of the miserable variety I'm only going to give him a two-star review call severely dehydrated and they can't give me water out of the spigot. I need to clean up their lobby and attitudes because labeled a safe place and money isn't everything ????????
This is the most disgusting restaurant I've been too. And it's fast food. It's not hard. Every table had trash and crumbs all over it. There's trash on the floor in every area of the restaurant. The bathroom was so vile I immediately vomited when I entered. I tried to clean it up but there was no toilet paper or paper towels anywhere. I haven't eaten my food. I'm one step away from calling the city and telling them to send someone over.
White castle is a unique experience! These slider size burgers are pretty damn good! I got regulars cheeseburgers and doubles and enjoyed them all!
The service staff was a little tired, so they were not so attentive. I feel for them, but the process with long.
The building was clean, but tired inside and out.
Still worth the trip
This is my first time at White Castle.
If I were true with my score. I'd give it a zero. None of the cashiers knew the menu. Half of the products were unavailable. Including the promoted item, garlic cheese.
Every table in the restaurant was dirty, so were the floors.
Several homeless people were apparently regulars and had their carts posted around the restaurant.
Let's look at the food. It sucked. I like a good steamed slider... see Krystal's.
I am going to give White Castle a try again.

Its White Castle! I've been eating at locations since I was in a kid in New Jersey! Not disappointed and the burgers are on point! Comfort food indeed!
