Took these folks forever just to get 5 little cheeseburgers and fries had to wait damn near 30 min or so. This place needs faster workers and better service in getting customers orders out on time.
The cashier named Juanita was the best! It was late at night but everything that we ordered was there & hot! She remembered all the condiments that we asked for and her personality was top tier.
The best place ever, stopped by for a late night snack after an event and GENE’s team did an amazing job with my requests! so yummy love the impossible sliders no cheese carmelized onions + extra pickles and mustard omg so delicious i love this white castle i wish yall had vegan cheese + a dairy free shake bc im allergic to dairy but i appreciate what we have so far ???? ????
You’ll come to this store if you’re looking for to get disrespected and waste your time. I made my mistake into walking in this White Castle but will never make that mistake again. I stood there for 45 minutes waiting for a pick up order and the manager was just standing there flirting with the customers while the workers were playing with eachother. If the company wants to check out when this happened it happens on September 18, 2024 between the hours of 9:45p.m - 10:30p.m. I already called and reported one of the employees to the corporate office. They’ll deal with her. DON’T GO TO THIS BRANCH!!!!!!
So mad they took White Castle out of Cleveland. This food did not disappoint. We stopped here late night. I got the jalapeño sliders, and my husband got the chees sliders. The food was fresh and taste great. I wish you were closer to home. Until next time!!
Amazing customer service. The cashier was so sweet. I feel horrible that the workers don't have air conditioning inside. It is too hot to work in those conditions. Hopefully white castle will fix that issue soon
Placed an order online for a case and paid for it 3 hours in advance. Came in and the order wasn't even started had to wait 20 minutes. No one else in the restaurant . Can someone explain.
I order 2x fish sandwiches and order of clams instead I received 2 fish sandwiches with fries and 2 chicken sandwich it was horrible I was told to return my order,so that's meant I had to go back which is not near me to do exchange I will not I mean will not be coming back it costs me $ 25 for my order and it wasn't correct, I didn't order chicken sandwich
